Update: Recently, the shop owner seems more concerned about our personal life than what vapes we need. I don't appreciate all the personal questions I'm asked (or my husband is asked) each time I go in there. Or if her husband is working, he's trying to upsell everything, you ask for one disposable, he suggests 3, I understand it's a business but it gets old very quickly. It's ok if you have a coupon or need something on sale but the eJuice always seems old and the shop owners don't know anything about vaping or flavors.

Outstanding customer service, Incredible selection, very inviting environment. They don’t sell to minors and I have never had an issue with quality. Best shop in the area by far.

While in Purcellvile, I needed to restock some smoking essentials. I was attracted to the Women-Owned Business sign while passing it on the way to the Dollar Tree. Really polite gentleman manning the front when I got there. Far more personable than the Tobacco Hut-adjacent places I've gone to in the past. Clerk knew what I was talking about when I mentioned what I was in for and our conversation was very smooth. Everything labeled very well and extremely organized. Prices and service were good enough that I added some things to my original order to help out a local, family-owned business. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll make it a priority to go here first.

I’m very happy about shopping at this Vape Shop, I get great customer service and they always have my vape juice in stock ! I couldn’t get my vape juice from the other store I was going to the owner would never keep it restocked I would drive up to Purcellville to get it , now I live close to town so I would give a million stars if I could ?

This place is always great! Best incense selection in town and fairly priced! Staff is so friendly, always remembering your face when you walk in! Small, family owned business. Awesome deals on stuff. Always a pleasure visiting this shop!

Best, kindest, classiest, most knowledgeable and most reliable place. You know you’re getting quality products (they don’t sell solicited items) unlike any competition in town. I came in with my dad to buy him a new piece and they walked/talked us through the whole process kindly and patiently. I’ve only come to this vape (and other items) shop since 2018 when they opened and will only come here in the future. It is the only shop in town where you know you’re getting quality and safe items. The pricing is very competitive so you always get the most bang for your buck. They also always have deals and discounts. Support your local business, support women owned business, and support the best shop in town.

I would give No stars if I could,Don't shop here their scammers, they give you products that don't last a good length of time. I brought a vape pen from here and my top of the vape will not screw all the way in. I made sure it wasn't stripped, I haven't had it that long ( less than a week) so I took it back to the store to get it replaced and the woman refused, I explained to her that this was the third pen I had to buy from her because the others stopped working out of the blue. I even paid more for a better one this time , $45 and it did not include a charger. But she refused to replace it. I'm supporting local business but I'm tired of not having quality products. I will no longer be shopping here

Everyone who works here is super nice, they make me feel very welcome when I walk in. Whether it’s the owner who is a very nice lady or her husband, or the younger person with blond hair, they have all been very very nice to me. I feel bad for not having names on hand but, everyone who works here is awesome. Best vape shop in purcellville by far! Highly recommend. A lot of times they have items on discount too which is cool!

Sold me a used container of gummies and refused to exchange it for a new one. I returned the next day - showed that the plastic seal around the container was SCOTCH TAPED together. No seal on the inside and the the gummy on the very top had obviously been cut in half. I kindly asked for an exchange. The owner was not only rude to me, but to the employee working there. I felt bad for him - would not go back there.
