Susan is amazing! After a frustrating mishap from the sender on an international shipment, Susan was able to clarify what paperwork I needed. She took the time to work with me to figure out the problem and even had alternative solutions. Thank you so much for your patience, great humor and assistance.

I do not live in VA but have had 2 fraudulent charges come from this location. Either some in the store is phoebe phishing cards from the ups system or they l their security is so lacking the don't properly check before running a payment. My advice watch your accounts and avoid.

If you are just dropping off an Amazon return, no worries. If you need anything that requires more attention/skill (non-Amazon shipping, notarization, etc) go to the Mail-it-All next to Tropical Smoothie (those folks are great). Among other issues I’ve had, the middle aged notary (possibly a manager?) picked a fight with me over her lack of understanding of what notaries can and cannot do. Oof. Even assuming I was incorrect (I wasn’t, I used to be a notary?) there was no call for her unprofessional conduct. Best I can say is maybe she was having a bad day?

The people who work at this store are very kind and patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help you out if you are having an issue. I am a senior senior, and today I was having an issue with some glitches on my cell phone while trying to return some items to Amazon, and Dana and Susan went over and beyond to help me resolve them, and they did it cheerfully even though it was time consuming, and without making me feel like a nuisance or a bother.

Had to drive 22 miles as this was the only UPS store that could accommodate my returns. In and out in just a couple minutes! Amazing experience! I wish all UPS stores operated as smoothly as this one! Thank you!

Very convenient location, though the traffic from the nextdoor Starbucks can make it tough to access during the am rush (but that's not their fault). Service here is hit or miss depending on the staff person you get. It's also dependent on your gender. When my husband goes in he gets the red carpet rolled out and the near all-women staff always make sure to greet him and say hello and go out of their way to assist him- even if its something that is self-service like amazon returns. When I go in on my own I'm told to do everything self-service and they keep on chatting (even if the place is completely empty). Today, we went together and they only acknowledged my husband.
It's also concerning that the staff members have no filter regarding their opinions of clients. Everytime my husband or I are there we both agree that we can always count on them openly discussing their dislike about some recent customer in front of other customers. I'm sure their feelings are probably valid as I've seen some not-so-nice customers in there but I've also seen how these people treat their customers (I'm often one of these people they treat poorly) and I'm sure the customers are merely responding to the terrible customer service. So, if you patron this place just be aware if you annoy them you will be the next topic of condescending discussion.

I went to this store to have documents notarized. Steve at this store is a Notary and took care of me very quickly and professionally. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Website shows Saturday closes at 5pm. The door sez 2pm on Saturday. Wasted trip. Poor website management. ?

The self serve area only works to scan Amazon return QR codes half the time. I will also echo the reviews about the staff. Learn to talk to people or get a job behind a computer screen.

Wow! The employees in this store are SOOO RUDE! I asked them if they could convert multiple images to PDF & email it for me. They told me to do it myself & hung up. I called back & they said they were SOOO BUSY & hung up again. Mr. Print Purcellville can do this & I will never use this UPS store again for ANYTHING regarding our businesses needs or personally.
