The staff here is very friendly. When I walk in, they already know what I need without having to ask. The cashiers are kind and respectful. It’s a great place to stop to get something to eat. Their food is delicious, especially breakfast. The parking lot is also very large and easy to maneuver. This is helpful since it is located right off of a busy highway. There’s also a sense of security because it appears that there is a police department located behind the establishment.

We used to come here a lot and always ordered food that was fresh and tasted so good. Since the pandemic, us moving, etc., we haven't been there as often. Recently, I started a new job so I figured I'd swing by this place again. However, it's not a place I will continue to go to since it seems like total chaos now. Apparently there's new management and there's no sense of communication or a sense of urgency with any of the workers. They almost seem to be in full-on agony just being there. There's hardly ever any food to pick from the hot bar and what's there is overcooked and dried up. Last week, I called in and order to be picked up. I get there and there's no one in the kitchen fixing anything. The cook/manager shows up and says she had a meeting and too many people were asking questions so she forgot to make my food. After getting it, I go to pay and get an outrageous price. When I explained I had a simple combo, it took them all ten minutes to figure out what to charge me. By the time I got to pay and get out of the store, I literally had 3 minutes to try and eat my sandwich, which was thrown together like slop, and my potato wedges that looked as if they were a week old. It's a shame that a business that was really good has now joined the ranks of sloppy and lazy.

This store is finally back to its pre-covid operating hours, unfortunately not everyone agrees they should have to wear a mask. They only let a few in at a time, and prices are nearly double what they were a year ago for adult sundries (nicotine and alcohol) and they absolutely do jot take EBT or SNAP benefits. (they really should for us in a pinch and it's the only thing open in 10 miles of us).

This is a very convenient location for me and my family. Note to patrons, the closing time is not accurate during the pandemic. Needs updating....I do believe the gas pumps are still available, but not inside as they close before dark. What are the actual store hours?

This was a pretty cool gas station. They have a convenient store. In the convenient store there is a place that sale hot food. I forgot the name of it, but they had pizza, sandwiches and other things. This place is dog friendly too. I seen someone bring their dogs in while they were purchasing their items and nothing was said to them.

Cig prices are most xlnt, beer prices are double what they need to be or..what they are in Charles town....shame.
