I had an outstanding experience! The team arrived early, worked quickly, and the results look phenomenal. They carpeted 3 bedrooms in 2 hours and they even had to lay new tack strips which was an unexpected setback. I was impressed. Will hire again. Their customer service was excellent—they answered all my questions from start to finish. I highly recommend their services!

Always great work and terrific customer service. They removed old carpeting and padding on our non-profit office floor, over 2000 square feet, installed new carpet tiles, and 15 steps up to our 2nd floor. All with minimal interruption of the activities.

From start to finish, our experience with Loudoun Valley Floors was awesome! We are very happy with our selection. Julie worked with us to get out carpet delivered and installed on our tight deadline and within our budget. Sy and his brother were efficient, highly courteous, and professional. They installed our carpet with perfect and took good care to ensure any prior pet damage was gone forever!

We are very pleased with the hardwood sanding/refinishing project that Loudoun Valley Floors completed.The crew was timely, neat, and professional. There was a bit of oversplash onto the surrounding trim and stair spindles—hence the 4 star review. That said, we would hire them again in a heartbeat!
