As contractor, tried call them to make some orders for deck projects, they hang up and 2nd attempt, called them and tried to talk about getting amount of boards and they just hang up.

This place is excellent! Good selection, fair prices and helpful knowledgeable staff. My local go to store since 2005. Loading staff gives you pit crew feeling, hand them the receipt and within no time it’s done.

I wanted to add a sliding door to my back porch and replace the windows. They assisted in measuring and ordering the windows for me and recommended an installer. The installer framed out the door and installed new door and windows. I could not be more happy with the communication. Delivery is also a huge plus on the large windows and door.

Cant say enough good things about this place. They offered competitive pricing on lumber and Trex for a deck, as well as fasteners, tools, hardware and other miscellaneous supplies. The staff is very friendly and willing to help answer any questions I had regarding the project. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very nice people there. They deliver for free for order more than $250, which is super duper helpful for a woodworking hobbyist like me, who don't have a truck. I ordered 1/2 and 3/4 inch white birch. Veneer is thin but the surface is smooth. 3/4 is not as good as 1/2. Very few voids, knobs. If there is anything they should improve, the 1/2 plywood is not that flat, it is probably due to the way they stack.

I had been looking for new doors for house for 3 years. I tried over 10 manufacturer websites and narrowed down what we needed but still had many questions on how to order them. Lee answered my call, and all my questions, and placed an order, and helped me find a contractor, and found the door hardware I needed, and ordered the screens I wanted. He helped me get this done! I can't wait to upload pictures when it's all installed.
