Loudoun Collision center is the shop to go! Brought my car for repair after a deer hit me, Mario and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they took care of my car and brought it back to new! Turn around time was on point also!!! Thanks to all the guys at the office and the body man! For such a great Job! You Will not be disappointed.

I used Loudoun Collision to repair the damage to my Mercedes 500SL. They were able to get me in, in a timely manner with a schedule that worked for me.The work they did was perfection! You would never know the accident happened. I was kept informed during the process and the repairs were done on time.When I went to pick up the car, they noticed that a rear turn signal bulb was out (unrelated to the repair) and offered to change it for me for free, if I ran and got a replacement bulb. This was above and beyond their responsibility!Great customer service! They have a loyal customer in me! Highly recommended!

Was involved in a fender bender and took my vehicle here on November 16th to get a repair ESTIMATE. I met with service advisor Steele and he looked at the damage but took no photos which I thought was odd. Had been to another body shop right before this one and the man took photos but he said they were two months out before they could get to it so is why I came here. Steele said he would email me the estimate once he had it worked up. I sent him an email with the other party's insurance company estimate attached. I know they work off of this to come up with the final figures which is sometimes more than the insurance company estimate. Some time goes by and not heard from him so give him call and he said he dropped the ball and said he would see if he could get the part needed, which was a bumper, and would call me back. Never heard back from him and then on December 5th I get a call from a man named Mario that said he was calling from Loudoun Collision Center and he had me on the schedule to drop off my car on Jan 3rd to have the work done and wanted to verify the appointment. Told him I had no idea what he was talking about as I never told them I wanted them to do the repair. Told him I wanted to speak with Steele and he said that Steele was listening to our conversation as I was on speakerphone. Don't know why Steele couldn't call me himself but he finally picked up the phone and said they couldn't locate a bumper from any of their suppliers. He also said he had contacted the insurance company and notified them that Loudoun Collision was doing the repair. He had set me up for an appointment to drop off my vehicle for the repair that I had not authorized them to do, plus they didn't even have the bumper. He said he would call me back when they found a bumper. Terrible customer service and of course will not be doing business with them as I feel like this was a scam.

Had a good experience with this customer friendly, timely, professional shop. A deer hit my car. Had to repair a fender and door on the passenger side. Called Loudoun Collision and things went smoothly: the car was repaired on time and the guys did a great job, hence - five stars.
