The older lady who works for the pharmacy checkout is one of the most rudest person I have dealt with. How are you in a business to help people when you are condescending and act like customers are bothering you. Shame on you Giant for keeping her because reading your previous reviews she has always been an issue.

Just moved here and we are negatively surprised with the quality of the meat in this supermarket. You can never have your choices of meat, the gentleman working there did not have any proper knowledge and the quality of the meat is nothing to write home about. Attached pictures illustrate the amount of fat packaged and hidden in the meat package!!!! What a shame? Took a almost a pound of fat hidden underneath the meat! $7.99 a pound...NOT GOOD BUSINESS! perhaps for them but not for us the customers!

It's a shame, I have to deal with attitude because I asked for the cheapest type of swiss cheese. I was mocked by some punk that has no business working in customer service, he's clearly terrible at helping people. We're do you find these people. How cutting meat and cheese has become so difficult is beyond me. Iv been coming to this store for 10 years. And I still get treated like garbage. Thanks giant

It is currently December 18th 2022. The woman working at the pharmacy is extremely rude. She refused to give her name when she answered the phone. It is rare that she even answers the phone. I had to call 23 times before she answered. She would pick up the phone and hang up immediately and repeatedly. I would like confirmation that she has been fired. I am unable to walk and usually get my prescriptions by curbside pick up. She absolutely refused to allow me to do so. AND this is not the first time she has done this.

One of the only pharmacies in town and much better than the other one nearby. Staff has always been very helpful even when overwhelmingly busy.

I have lived and shopped in this area for decades...as in over 32 yrs. This USED to be my go-to store...and then someone at corporate lost her or his mind. The "new" store is just downright depressing. It may be popular with some people, but I've found others who, like me, have an almost visceral reaction to a store that is now dark and oppressive. Stores need to be light and welcoming. I have been in ONE time since the paint change, and I now go to Harris Teeter or drive to Leesburg, or even west to Winchester. I will pay more sometimes, but I just don't care. I can get inexpensive bread at Lidls, I can shop for local produce most of the year -- there is a good salad "hot house" just outside of town. Meat can be obtained from the farmers market and/or local farmers. Of course, that's even before we get to Aldie's, Harris Teeter, Wegman's or Costco.Just no really good reason to go to a place that thinks so little of its customers that it would create this kind of environment.They didn't have enough money to keep the price of their bread from more than doubling, which would hurt some families, some retirees, and so forth...but they had plenty of money to destroy that store!

I have been using this pharmacy for a decade and I don’t know if they are under new management or something but in the past several months customer service has gone into the crapper. I get texts saying my prescriptions are ready so I go to pick up and only part of my order is ready. Was told they are really backed up and the other prescriptions would take 1 1/2-2 hours and it was suggested I go do some shopping. For 2 hours??? Another prescription had to be ordered. I got texts for 6 days saying in would be ready after 5p on the next business day. Finally went in only to learn they didn’t know IF they were going to get my medication. No one cared to call me to make me aware if the issue. I had to do the legwork to find a pharmacy that had it and get my prescription transferred there. Today, after calling 2 days ago to refill a prescription that the dosage had changed mid-cycle I was told that they needed to get it approved through insurance….which I was told 2 days ago as well. So over nearly 48 hours, no one had done anything to work on my refill. I had to sit and wait while the call was made. Get it together! I use the pharmacy because it has been convenient as I also shop at Giant. But if I have another negative experience, I am moving mine and my family’s prescriptions elsewhere.

I'll never go back to this pharmacy after the horrible experience. Some individuals in the pharmacy are really great but it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch.I shop frequently at Giant for groceries so I'll gather the bad attitude technician's name the next time I see her serving the desk. Either way, the "bad apple" technician flat out refused to honor a Goodrx coupon that Giant strictly has agreements and is supposed to honor. When I asked why not honor the coupon, the technician looked at me with a dirty look and literally said "We are already taking a loss with this medication".Oh.. wow... I had to pay $75 versus the $30 it should have been with the Goodrx coupon. It's a shame to treat customers so poorly.

Like others, had a problem with them verifying my insurance. They said I had other insurance, but when I call my insurance company they say no other insurance is involved.Dont know who to believe, and I am not trusting Giant in this situation.
