This was my first time ever needing any sort of body work done on my car. Of course I thought the process was going to be stressful but it wasn’t at all. Crystal, Mike and Bryan kept me in the loop the entire way and sent updates through text which was extremely helpful given my cell service is terrible when I’m at work. I highly recommend Carstar in Purcellville for any body work needing to be done. They worked directly with the Insurance company, making my life so much easier. I didn’t have to go through 100 steps to plan a rental or to worry about pick up and drop off. 10/10!

Outstanding service. We are visiting from out of town, and on the way here a rock hit our sunroof and it shattered. There is not time to fix it before we have to return home, so they applied a crash wrap. This will allow us to safely return home for the repair. They did not charge us for this service. That’s uncommon these days!

I recently had a claim through another insurance carrier and chose this facility for my repairs. I was able to speak with a staff member about my repair concerns when I dropped off my vehicle. They were very communicative throughout the repair process - they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. At no point in the repair process did I feel out of the loop, or find myself questioning their methods. Mike and the techs at CARSTAR in Purcellville, VA worked on my Honda Pilot until they found a very elusive water leak. I went to two other places prior to CARSTAR with no luck. CARSTAR repaired the leak and fixed the water damaged carpeting. Crystal was very helpful in keeping me informed throughout the process, and the location makes it easy to pick up and drop off Enterprise rental cars. Highly recommended for your car repair.
