“Good work was complicated by problems initially unknown, late arriving/scarce parts and the Christmas holidays. I am not certain, but there was probably a human resource/technician issue as well that contributed to the substantial delays.”

Having an issue with a truck bed cover that was installed at the time of purchase of my truck 4yrs and 11mons ago. Little did I know at time of purchase the cover was warranted on for the duration of the truck’s warranty . If i had purchased it from Truck’N America it would have had a Limited Lifetime warranty. After verifying my concern Paul And Luke admitted it was a problem they had never seen in my model cover. The original estimate from the other shop, not to be named, missed a bunch of stuff that was damaged. Derek and the keen eyes at Terry's detailed and documented all of the damage so that the vehicle was fixed appropriately and completely.
Couldn't even see where the wreck had happened.
With cars costing more than mortgages now...best to take your investment to someone that knows their stuff and cares. I manage several vehicles as part of a fleet and the good folks at Terry's have fixed 7 or 8 at this point. Wouldn't take a car anywhere else.”
