“As a long time customer of Truck’N America of Purcellville VA since 1992, I would like to thank Paul and Luke for their excellent customer support. Having an issue with a truck bed cover that was installed at the time of purchase of my truck 4yrs and 11mons ago. Little did I know at time of purchase the cover was warranted on for the duration of the truck’s warranty . If i had purchased it from Truck’N America it would have had a Limited Lifetime warranty. After verifying my concern Paul And Luke admitted it was a problem they had never seen in my model cover. They are now working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.These Guys are going above and beyond to satisfy a customer.Thank you Paul and LukeTherman Lesane4/6/2024”

“This was my first time ever needing any sort of body work done on my car. Of course I thought the process was going to be stressful but it wasn’t at all. Crystal, Mike and Bryan kept me in the loop the entire way and sent updates through text which was extremely helpful given my cell service is terrible when I’m at work. I highly recommend Carstar in Purcellville for any body work needing to be done. They worked directly with the Insurance company, making my life so much easier. I didn’t have to go through 100 steps to plan a rental or to worry about pick up and drop off. 10/10!”
