Every time I have to go there to send a package out, I'm always flustered but these folks have always been so kind, patient, and super helpful. I constantly see people complain about the post office, and I don't understand. I've been in there several times this year and I have never had a bad experience. They are the NICEST people to deal with! They deserve a raise!

Lobby hours have been cut back to 6pm M-Sa. Closed Sundays. No cut on how much they charge for a PO Box even though access is very limited now! Absolutely ridiculous to do this. If they're worried about the unhoused camping out then have security cameras & a couple nightly stops by the cops. It's highly inconvenient to have to schedule a time to be able to get the mail. 6pm is way too early to close the lobby! Open it back up!

They need to find a new driver for the area I live in or something. Never had so much mail go missing in my life. I even have informed delivery telling me when I will be receiving mail and packages. Specifically things like birthday cards. I was supposed to receive 2 things I needed to sign for today (9/16/2023) that said, will be delivered by 9pm, but it now says delivery date unknown.

I am so amazed at this Pulaski post office. They will do anything and everything they can to deliver people' s packages on time. The tracking stated I was going to get my package tomorrow because Amazon was very late dropping off my package today, but instead, I just got it right now at 8:30pm!! The incredible and hard working supervisor delivered my package and is on his way to deliver other folks packages tonight. Unbelievable! That is what I call going above and beyond. Super impressed and very grateful. Thank you sir!

Received a piece of mail today with Fragile and Handle With Care instructions on it. Guess what?! It was broke because someone can't read! Two months received a package with online instructions to leave outside my apartment door because of the cold weather and rain. What happen? Well again, someone can't read! Luckily that time I was just getting off work and was able to get it inside before my package was ruined. I am livid! Are you serious?! I've never had an issue with the mail until now.

This place really needs to be shut down or they need better employees, especially delivery personnel.Still to this day, packages that are sent priority that go through here, set until they get around to delivering them. The extra money charged by the usps is a waste cause the services are rarely achieved. Especially in Pulaski.
