Professional, efficient and excellent experience with this shop. My son and I were traveling on a road trip, the car engine light came on and was running some issues. We were little bit of worry and very lucky able to found this place close by. If you are traveling on the road and running issues with your vehicle, this is THE place that highly recommended.
I also wanted to personally thank Mr. Bernie H the store manager who helped us thru this situation.

After driving 2,000 miles, an emergent dashboard airbag warning light came on, which led to an impromptu visit to Total Tire and Automotive shop. They were booked for the day. I could not leave my car to be evaluated, as I had no other transportation.
Bernie, the manager, had one mechanic take 15 min to assess the safety of the airbag situation. Praise God that the problem was just a sensor. They determined its safe to drive, but the sensor needs to be replaced when I return to my home state. The entire staff whom I encountered were patient, knowledgeable, and personable. I'd return here any day, but I hope I never need to again.

Our alternator gave out on a Friday on the way home from a long trip. Total tire agreed to squeeze us in, even though he was down 1 guy. They had to call many places to find us the part. The work was done quickly and reasonably, considering we were at their mercy. These guys are honest and knowledgable.

Excellent service, an answer to prayer on a trip. We noticed a noise growing worse on a trip North and found Total Tire and Auto on Google maps. We stopped at lunch time and were worked right into their schedule. The diagnosis was made quickly, parts were available at a nearby parts store, the repair was made in a very reasonable time. The price was fair, especially considering we were traveling and desperate. Very honest, friendly, and knowledgeable people to deal with. I'm thankful to them for their service. We were back on the road in a couple hours with no worries. We had every confidence that the work was done correctly.

Took one of my vehicles there for about $1500 in repair, they did great.Took a second vehicle there @ $830 for brakes and my front tire locked up going down the interstate @ 60mph,causing my truck to all but catch on fire after sending me into the other lane with a 12lbs of camper in tow

Highly receommend towing service and repair shop! We were out of state and stranded on the freeway with a blown radiator. One phone call and we were safely being towed to the shop within an hour. Friendly, reliable and honest service!
