If I could give negative stars I would, absolutely horrible front staff, horrible vets and horrible assistants, they mistreated our cats, caused both of them more panic and stress and caused our kitten nothing but pain just to get a couple of shots. Vet and assistants made sarcastic remarks once they was outside of the room doors towards us. Would not recommend this vet office to anyone.

My grandmother took her dog (had diabetes) and now I take my cat who also is disabled and I feel the care is thorough.

Great bath an trim for our Lady girl. Golden retriever she was. Amanda gave her great, special treatment due to her disease. Today we had her put to sleep they were fantastic with end of life.

Took our dog there to be put down. We waited literally an hour and a half from our appointment time. It was terrible. Once the vet came in to do her thing (taking several tries to inset the needle in the catheter it took the 45 minutes for them to install) the deed was done fairly quickly. I just don’t understand why it took so long. But you better bet they had my credit card charged before we were even there 10 minutes.

We can’t thank Dr. Ferguson enough for saving our boy Chester’s life! Dr. Ferguson was not only very knowledgeable - he took his time caring for our cat along with explaining our options for treating his diabetes. He was not only kind enough to answer our 100 questions - he cared enough to follow up with us/him several days after his hospitalization. Even though he’s not crazy that Dr. Ferguson has limited his food to 1-1/2 cans a day - Chester is also very thankful for Dr. Ferguson and all the loving staff at Tipton Ridge. From the bottom of our hearts…..Thank you! ❤️

Our cat, Oliver, needed immediate care and we couldn't find a local vet who could give us an appointment. Tipton Ridge listened to the problem and made an appointment immediately. From the staff at the front desk to Dr. Ballas, Oliver was treated like the king cat he is. The vet tech who checked him in was sensitive, competent and patient with Oliver. Dr. Ballas gave him excellent care and spent time explaining exactly what to expect today and in Oliver's future. At the end of the appointment, a very kind member of the admin staff carried Oliver out to my car so I could use my cane and carry his meds. I can't say enough good things about the excellent care for Oliver and the perfect customer service. It was worth the drive to Pulaski and I'm going to bring our other pets here for care in the future.

First appointment they recommended my giant breed who doesn't mature til 3 to be fixed at 6 months old tht alone told me what kinds place ths was and we been there almost a yr now and I wish my husband wld have listened to me when I told him they suck and we need to find her an expcd reliable vet they r not it after all our friends leaving ths clinic then they cont to mess our appts up twice and charge us absurd fees and then lie and male excuses as to what the fee was we r finally leaving ths vet and I recommend tht u never bring your pet here apparently it's went downhill bad since Dr Morgan left it use to be the practice to bring your pets well according to other customer reviews they r a liability at ths point if u value your pet do not bring them here you cld very well regret it like I read from other customers who took their pets in for say vaccines n then weren't able to walk anymore etc the flag for me was the first appointment when they recommended my giant breed be fixed at 6 months they're for the revenue point blank

This vet used to be good until Dr.Morgan left, they now have horrible service and have upcharged everything and the prices are ridiculous. I recommend that no one goes here. horrible service and horrible staff.
