I took my 2011 Ford into Shelor in Pulaski to it in an axle put on the front. Took it back because of noise coming from that wheel and vibrations from motor also. They drove it and said all was okay. But still having problems with the car. I went to another garbage. I have two broken motor mounts. Now how did that get looked over. We were told the motor mounts and transmission mounts were okay

The people I dealt with at Pulaski Motor Mile gets the 5 star rating, sales manager and especially Kevin Frost. He never bugged me with phone calls or e-mails but he responded promptly to my calls and or text messages to him.

I had recently purchased a Jeep Renegade. I had some electrical issues with it and was able to get it there before work. I worked with Ray McClanahan and he was very professional and prompt to get my vehicle up and running. I appreciate his help and work ethic. Would recommend!

The place ain't too bad, I've been coming here for a few years, one place I've found that hasn't actually messed up my vehicle (looking at you Walmart if Dublin, conventional oil in an full synthetic).Stick to it.

Do not recommend getting a car from them. My airbag light has been on since I got the car. When it came on , I contacted shelor and was told it wasn't covered under my warranty. It's still on now and the inspection is out which means ticket after ticket for me. I'm still paying for the car and they will cut your car off after one payment being behind. Won't fixed the problem but want their money. Go somewhere else.

Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and stated I would like either military or their local coupon, whichever is better. Three hours later, received a call that my vehicle was ready. Had a coupon for $75 8 qt dexos oil change and they stated that the military was already applied and charged $96 for the 8 qt oil change. I’m quite certain they did not use their name brand oil or filter considering they are getting it from the local parts stores at a discount. Absolutely disappointed to know that the military would have to pay more for an oil change and that they don’t honor their coupons. They need to change their name from EXPRESS considering it took 3 hours for a basic oil change! Buyers beware.

I am not an easy customer to deal with and they went above and beyond to try to make the deal work the way I wanted it to work. We finally came to a good deal And we purchased the car. Thanks to million guys for working hard.
