Came in to drop my car off for an inspection. They left me standing there until my ride had to leave me to go to work. I left, too, as they said I’d have to wait 2 hours. Two people at the desk but one just ignored me and the other took forever

Pulaski Express Lane runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Thanks to a great staff, including mechanics and front folks, and an emphasis on competence and orderliness, this is a stellar business.They do state inspections as well as routine (and not so routine) maintenance. They have parts in stock. You can watch the mechanics working in the shop from a window in the waiting room if you like.I recently had brake pads and rotors replaced, spark plugs replaced, and the radiator flushed. My car is 10 years old, and I hope to keep it on the road for a lot longer. I’ve always been happy to trust the maintenance to this business.The front staff, Shannon, Regina, and Ray are so nice! They are professional and efficient, but also friendly and kind. The waiting area is immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. The vibe in there makes you glad to wait for your car to be serviced.BE AWARE they do not schedule appointments, but rather work on a first-come, first-served basis. They open at 7:30, so be there early to be first in line. Please don’t complain about having to wait. Bring something to do or have a friend pick you up. I promise no one is deliberately wasting time.I’m grateful to have Pulaski Express Lane here in Pulaski, just five minutes away. I recommend them without reservation.

Called about a wheel alignment was told first come first serve I got there at 815 they took the vehicle back at 1015 the vehicle was still sitting where they parked it 3 other vehicles in front of mine I asked how much longer I was told they were backed up it would be a while why was I not told this when I called I told them I had to take the vehicle replied sorry bud by the employee
