I transferred from the CVS here in town to Martins because they were the only pharmacy able to keep my Waygovi in stock and several other medications. The staff is very helpful and friendly and not that fake friendly. I'm glad that I made the switch

We absolutely love Martin's Pharmacy! Our long time pharmacy in Wytheville closed and we followed our great pharmacist Jamie, to Martin's in Pulaski and could not be more pleased! Great, personal service and always willing to help find best prices for us old retired folks! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I've used martins for over 20yrs. They used to be the best. Now I WOULDN'T recommend them to anyone!! I got my rx & they had ibuprofen mixed in with it! I called & they accused me of it, an said they were calling my dr to see what she has to say about it!! I'm serious!! They shorted my pills, Not me! I'm upset, shocked, & really apalled! They have shorted rxs before, gave the wrong pills, gave the wrong mg of the pills, but I've always let if go. This time I'm fed up & it uncalled for! Plus, the teeny boppers they have up front would rather gossip than wait in customers or answer the phone. They are rude & act like they're the dr giving you the rx. They need to weed out the addicts they have working there! There paperwork can't be how it should be...not with them messing up rxs like they continue to do. An its ONLY the controlled or scheduled (narcotics) that they're doing it to continually! Use your own judgment, but I'd use another pharmacy if I were you!!!

I’ve being going to Martins’s for years off and on. Now I dread it. The employees are rude. I have a prescription refilled weekly and it’s never filled. You need to tell them before they even start to fill it. Then they act like there doing you a favour. Wish I could switch but I’m locked in.

Love it, nice people, family oriented! But some mistakes are made. But it's coming and it's ok as long as u own up to them and be the better man! Good Job guys! Both stores are great!

Great pharmacy! Was able to get my booster shot for Covid without a wait.Wonderful and friendly staff!When I was sick and unsure if it was Covid--they delivered an at-home Covid test so that I didn't have to go out and possibly infect others (if I had Covid). They will, also, deliver medication locally.

Up until recently I've always had a good experience at the pulaski location. Always polite & courteous workers..however recently a new guy was working front and he got rude with me on a couple different occasions, one was where my kids dr faxed prescriptions to them, very important ones, n he was rude saying they had nothing...I checked w Dr and again they assured me they were faxed, ended up having to re fax them, the 2nd time I went to pick up my kids prescription at 5:45...I know this is late in the day but her appt was late and it was again an important medicine...he said oh we have it, but you'll have to come back tomorrow bc we're closing soon...what in the heck?? If they r open and u walk in 5 min til close they are supposed to help you...
