Staff is very friendly. I shop here at least once a week to buy a carton of cigarettes and they've been one of the cheapest in town. When I was in there 5 weeks ago the owner rang up my purchase. I got a carton of smokes and 3 candy bars. My total was $66 even. I had been paying $56.02 for a carton there and I've purchased 4 candy bars and they were $7.56. I questioned the gentleman who is the owner did the cigarettes go up. I told him what I had been paying he said that's what they were. So I said the candy bars were $10 then. He then said no the cigarettes went up Monday and this was a Friday. I went in the following Friday purchase a carton for $56.02. I went in the following 2 weeks and the price remained the same. Each time one of the ladies were working. I went in today asked for a carton the owner scanned them then took an additional 30 seconds doing something on the register screen then told me the total was $59.82. At this point I seen he was adjusting the price and was going to overcharge me again. I told him nevermind I'll get them somewhere else. I don't understand why he would want to overcharge a regular customer. Needless to say I will no longer use his store unless I absolutely have to. The store is close to me and convenient. I went to the gas station with subway and purchased them for $57.12 so I'll be getting them each week from there now. I urge others to pay close attention when the owner rings up your purchases because I'm probably not the only one he does this with.
