Staff not helpful at all. I was sent to the ATM by my grandmother. A Loomis truck was working on the ATM, so I went to the drive thru to withdraw some cash. I was told I can't withdraw cash at the window even though I have the card and her pin#...but I can just go to another ATM and pay the fee. This is so silly, if I was doing something fraudulent, wouldn't you have kept the card to protect the customer. So the actual bank won't give me cash, but I can wait an hour for the ATM to be available, or go to another ATM with a fee. Not helpful at all, and a silly policy that protects no one. Was told to call tomorrow and get the fee from another ATM taken off.

We started my youngest childs first bank account here. They were super helpful in recommending the best option, gave her lots of sage advice about managing her account and made the process easy and not overwhelming for her. I highly recommend this branch because of how nice and helpful everyone is here!

Went looking to open and account and found the person I spoke with extremely helpful and freindly it seems like they have decent account options for multiple situations I only give it 4 stars because it's still a new account but I'm happy with my choice of account type

We have had a very positive experience with First Community Bank in Pulaski. They also took great care of my Dad, as a senior citizen, when he was a customer....they were very kind, patient, caring, and helpful. Their in-person customer service through the drive-thru and inside the bank have always been friendly and efficient.

A place should NOT be called “Community Bank” if it doesn’t help all of the “Community” Cant change out change for bills if you dont have an account with them!! What a joke! Went next door to BB&T with NO PROBLEMS!!

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. My account was hacked and it took the bank 2 weeks to recoup my funds and wouldn't give me the full amount. Refused to provide me with a debit card on new account, stating I was "high risk"; promptly removed my funds. No fraud protection whatsoever.

We have been with this bank 10 years or longer..anytime we had a problem they take care of it they go out of thier way to help you, all the employees are very kind ,we have never thought about going anywhere elese Thank for the great job y'all do

I accidentally overdrew my account by $12. I made a CASH deposit within an hour, the deposit was accepted and my account showed a positive balance. I woke up the next day with a service charge of $37. I contacted First Community Bank, they refused to reverse the charges. I'm moving to a different bank.

Really, the worst bank I have ever had. They move around transactions, then charge you fees over and over again. My overdraft protection got taken off, I went in TWICE, they said they would fix it. Never happened. Deposited a check two days ago, waited for it to be ready to withdrawal the next day for rent, and I did. Now today, they returned the check and charged me a fee, leaving my account vastly in the negative. It's just on and on with this bank. On top of that, the employees may seem nice and that's great, however, it appears it's fake. A teller and the manager went in to the office to talk something over, yet all I heard was mean gossip about my family member. The door was wide open! I know that maybe we mess up sometimes, but that is what they are there for! And then they can't even do it right! Should have listened to the other reviews. If you rarely do anything with your account, then they may be fine for you. But if you actually use it, prepare for many annoyances.

Tried to call at 8am they were closed till 830 am ok thats fine I waited and 849am still no answer on the ohone still says there closed this is a joke
