We compared notes on what would be the best fit for windshield wipers, pre mixed coolant for topping off etc. He even price checked every item I inquired about compared to my online auto parts dealer. It was, probably, the most positive experience in an auto parts store to date! Worth the drive just to have proper customer service!”

“Tim was wonderful and made a bad experience good. I had purchased a battery online for my truck and picked up at the Key Largo Florida location before we made our trip to Pennsylvania. We made it to Pulaski VA. and had transmission problems. Once the transmission was fixed we came back to get the truck and the battery had gone bad due to sitting so long. I was going to have to jump through alot of hoops to get a new one ,due to online purchase policies. He helped us out right away and made sure we got a replacement and we were on our way. Made our day so much better in a time of need. Thanks so much!!”
