This experience has been the worst! Promises made and not kept.... I have been home waiting for the last 2 days and no one has showed up or called. I called and was told they were going to call me back and 2 days later I'm still waiting

Originally had service set up with Revere in 2016. Quarles took over for Revere. We always maintained our 100 gallons minimum per year to waive the tank fee until I received a statement online for a tank fee. When I called to check on it they stated that we didn’t meet the 100 gallons in a year and that we had already been credited with a courtesy tank fee. My complaint is that the billed year is from May to May not a year of Jan to Jan. We meet the Jan to Jan if that’s what they were to utilize. I was never given any information specifying the May to May and when I have been waiting to speak to a supervisor I have yet to hear back. It has been roughly 3 weeks since I put in a request to have this fee waived since they are the only ones that can approve it. We live in a neighborhood under development and I will be sure to make this know to our group that Quarles and Superior Plus Propane are not easy to deal with and should be avoided. I’d rather stay as a customer but if I don’t hear back that I will just have the tank removed. We only run a small fireplace on this tank which is not a necessity for us.

They do not stand by what they say over the phone. They also do not want to be bothered by smaller volume customers. Was forced to go with them after they bought out a local company.

I, like many others signed up when it was Revere gas…a company I have never had a problem with and loved!! Ever since it has been Quarles I have had nothing but issues…the biggest being that they will not do auto fill on my tank. So they want me to go out and check the tank for them and then call them to schedule a delivery…but yet you still pay the exact same as the customers still getting auto fill. I have decided to switch companies to one who will auto fill and mind you I’m using gas for my water heater and my stove in a 2100 sq ft house!! Now that they know I’m switching they are trying to say the tank is theirs…I informed them I purchased the house as a foreclosure and Amerigas was delivering gas here before Revere ever did and the tank was here when I bought the house. So no they will not be taking the tank.Literally go with any other company you can go with before Quarles!! They are a joke!!

Buyer Beware!Just to be clear I did not sign up with Quarles. My account was with Revere Gas for several years who valued my business.First of all Quarles send a letter stating they can no longer provide auto refill and we must check the tank level ourself and call when we need more propane. Basically we were told we did not use enough gas and we’re not important enough to be on auto refill. Now I have switched to another gas company who by the way provides monitoring and auto refill when needed.I have called Quarles to cancel the account and pickup the tank that is setting in my driveway and was told they will charged $95. for a service call for a service tech to come out. I informed they the tank is setting in my driveway and was not paying for them to drive by and pickup and they could come get it anytime they want. Now I have received a bill for $95. monthly rent on the tank.Everyone should know this is how Quarles conducts business and should steer clear.
