We have been Proudly using their products at our shop for 15+ years here at Chesdin Automotive. I personally have their product in one of my vehicles and have installed over 100 engines and transmissions in our customers vehicles over these years. The product is an investment for our customers and their vehicles. With a very small number of Warranty issues ever, Jasper ALWAYS stands behind their product and takes care of the customer. Randy Traylor and his team in Richmond, Va. branch are always there to assist with any sale and quick delivery. I have been a customer of Jasper engines and transmission for over 30 years and have installed many units purchased from them. It is the only vendor that I trust because of their reputation (and warranty that they stand behind) in the automotive industry. I believe you can tell alot about a person or company when issues arise. I can not say I never have had an issue but they have handled business 1st class and more in any circumstance. Brought an Engine from Jasper in 2016. A Valve has dropped in my engine not even three years later. I'm still paying on the 6K, Warranty expired and now I have no vehicle. The only thing they offered was a discount on a New Engine. Seriously? I want just some of my money back (the balance owed) but they won't work with their Customers. Being a Small Business Owner, I'm highly Disappointed, because your Customers should be #1.

DO NOT buy from them. They will lie and say whatever is needed to get you to purchase their stuff that is not even ready to go even though they say its ready.
