What an awesome experience ! Patricia and Larry are the best host you could have
The house is espectacular very beautiful the breakfast was 10 stars , truly a delight and super delicious , the table / plate setting is amazing
Highly recommend this bed and breakfast
The rooms and beds are confortable overall exceded my expectations ….. oh and you must meet “Bristal “the beautiful and friendly dog .

What wonderful hosts! I had a fantastic first B&B experience here. The home and grounds were both beautiful and immaculately clean. I stayed here while I attended a wedding nearby, but the location was also ideal to many nearby attractions. I'd highly recommend staying at Gracefield and if you do, be sure to meet the hosts dog Bristol. She's a sweetheart!
Rooms: Very clean, ample hot water, quiet
Nearby activities: Williamsburg, wineries, Yorktown waterfront and battlefields, Richmond
Food & drinks: Breakfast at Gracefield was superb! A hearty meal and great service.

My partner and I stayed here after we cycled the capital trail from Richmond. Firstly, these folks are amazing for offering a discount to riders and for picking you up off the trail, major kudos! Secondly, the property, the owners and the accommodations are absolutely top shelf. Larry and Patricia have poured, and continue to pour, their heart and souls into this B&B and it shows in the experience.
Without a doubt, staying at Gracefield Hall was one of the best B&B experiences in my life so far and we’ll certainly be back!
P.S. make sure you meet their 110 lb Alaskan Malamute Bristol… she is so sweet.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience during our three night stay at Gracefield Hall Bed and Breakfast in Providence Forge, VA. Larry and Paticia went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We were in the area to bike the Virginia Capital Trail. We needed to start our days early to get on the trail so Larry and Patricia made sure to have our breakfast and coffee ready for our early start. And wow, what a breakfast!! A hearty serving of fresh fruits, french taost, bacon, and eggs benedict were just a few of our choices. Most importantly, we found the home to be warm and inviting, but at the same time providing privacy when we wanted it. Our room and bathroom were immaculatly clean and well appointed with an awesome bed. Perhaps our favorite part of our stay was getting the opportunity to visit and chat with Paticia and Larry - and we got to meet Bristol! One of the most beautiful sweet dogs you will ever meet!

Running a restaurant is difficult, running a hotel is also difficult. Running a BNB brings a personalized experience which is what you get at Gracefield Hall BNB. Now they offer lunches to go, and dinners in house. This is great if time is of the essence. 5 stars for this BNB. Enjoy. And if it's cool enough, you get a fire in the fireplace for breakfast!

Oh my goodness, I didn’t even stay here and want to leave a review! My sister’s family stayed at Gracefield for Thanksgiving since our entire family was gathering in VA. I happily ran car service for them so they wouldn’t have the extra rental car costs and the owners were so absolutely kind and friendly! On Thanksgiving morning at 7 am they packed a little to go bag with water, toast, and a pastry so I could have a little something on our drive to Williamsburg! Unexpected and very appreciated!I was able to meet their gorgeous, friendly pup, as well as have a little chat with the owners. My sister and her husband had nothing but good things to say as well. Highly recommended!

What an unbelievable treat to stay at Larry and Patricia’s bed and breakfast! It’s a newer home made to replicate an 18th century Virginia home. The historical details are incredible and all the reading materials about the making of the home are fascinating. My daughter and I were in the area visiting William and Mary. Larry greeted us at the door, showed us the parlor and dining rooms and then took us to our period perfect “green” room. When booking, if you notify Larry and Patricia that you’d like to have dinner in the dining room, they will prepare you a homemade meal from a set menu. We spent a fun evening playing cards in the parlor room and had a wonderful night’s sleep listening only to the distant sounds of crickets. The breakfast in the morning was delightful and delicious. We enjoyed talking to the other guests over a leisurely breakfast. If you are in the Williamsburg area, do yourself a favor and stay at Gracefield Hall! Thank you Larry and Patricia!

This place and its hosts knock it out of the park in exceeding expectations! This is the type of place that would be fun to visit simply for the bed and breakfast experience. The house is spotless clean and beautifully decorated. I love the colonial design while adding modern touches. The included breakfast and optional, extra cost dinner are as good as any fine dinning experience at the best restaurants. I recommend taking advantage of extras they offer; it is worth the cost. The hosts are friendly and fun to talk with. Meeting other guests was fun too. Ask about specials and promotions. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to Jamestown, Yorktown, and Williamsburg so make sure you are ok with it not being convenient to come and go during the day but it is a peaceful, country drive.

The place was very nice. The owners, Patricia and Larry are wonderful people. The detail in making the home a replica of a old plantation house was beautiful thanks to Larry. Patricia is a great chef and the breakfasts clearly show it. The house is very near Colonial Downs and they will shuttle you there and back. The house sits back from the road and it is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely return here. The owners bend over backwards to make sure are treated well.

Very fresh there, and cooked perfectly!Noteworthy details: Larry and Patricia were awesome! They gave us great advice about the area and went over and beyond our expectations! We recommend this to everybody and we’ll be back again soon!

My wife and I highly enjoyed our stay in the Gracefield Hall Bed and Breakfast. The owners are kind, attentive and highly knowledgeable of the area and the century old style of the home. The breakfast was amazing with blueberry scones that were incredible, along with a large variety of foods and a delicious omelet. We would return for sure and highly recommended to both couples and families. We stayed in the blue room on the first floor and it is perfect for a couple.

Our stay was way better than our expectations. Every little detail that we thought of or didn't think of our hosts managed to take care of. Our breakfast was amazing both days and the little snacks put a smile on all our faces. This was an amazing weekend for our whole family!
