This business is the best with superb customer service. They actually answer the phone or return calls promptly. They’ll call and let you know of any billing issues, are flexible with move out dates, any acted promptly when my door malfunctioned. Great business!!!

I needed short term storage. Pam took my call. She was pleasant and professional. She was able to handle everything by phone. When I showed up 2 hours later everything was in order including a lock in the unit and my contract.It's nice to work with people who do what they say they'll do.

Trying to find a new storage unit and with this one being the closest to my house I called for a quote. The kart was very rude, and they more than double the price of the next closest option.They also have a policy where you have to buy a lock from them. I argued saying I was given a lock from my previous storage unit and she said fine, and changed the initial fee from a “lock fee” to an “admin fee” and knocked the price in half.Needless to say I went with the other storage unit.

I definitely recommend using this place for your storage needs. It's clean,safe with cameras everywhere, good lighting and access 24/7. I will use their service again when needed. Customer service was outstanding!

Donna is the most amazing woman in the world! We needed a lot of storage space last minute and she was wonderful on working with us and accommodating our needs. The storage units were clean and leak free and could not have been better. I recommend this place to anyone who needs storage in the area.
