Worst took car here to get 4 tires they don't balance so went to waller to balance well the People in hopewell Tire zone put fix a flat in my old tire and put on and could not even get it balanced. Still need tires they sell bad tires. O ce u get them hit 55 and up and your car will shake

Super fast and friendly!!! I was marooned with a flat tire on post and Precision couldn't help me for "a couple hours". The lady at the desk could not have cared less. I borrowed a pump from someone and drove it right off post to Tire Zone of Hopewell. They immediately came out and started taking care of me. They removed a screw from the tire & plugged it. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Tire Zone of Hopewell. Don't even bother with Precision on post.

husband went to get a tire mounted to my rim being i had a flat. gets back puts it on car and goes about his business. comes back home SAME tire is now flat again. he takes it off puts water and soap and what do you know, it has a hole in it. take it back to the shop they replace it. husband gets home and checks tire and AGAIN the tire has a screw in it and is losing air! this place needs to be shut down! no type of customer service at all and pretty much selling old messed up tires to people!

9 am on a Sunday morning, these guys were open and had us in and out in 15 minutes. Quality tires. Super helpful.

I come for a new tire, they tell me I need two. They say it will be 225$. I go get the cash and come back, they finish the job and say it’s 250$. I go back to the bank and get 20$ more. So total I give them is 260$. The woman comes back and is about to give me 25$ (keep in mind, I gave them 260). He says to her in Spanish “give him 10$” she comes back and gives me 10$. I’m not coming back here again.

I love these guys here!! They are fast working. They have a super nice staff! Tires are at a very reasonable price. Fun group of people here, for sure!

Brought 4 nearly new tires for them to mount/balance, paid $100 (only accept cash -1st red flag). Noticed 1 tire losing air on way home because Tesla Model 3 has a big screen with notifications real time. Went back but they were closing shop , 5pm. Got up first thing next morning to go back and then noticed 2 more of the tires had lost air as well. Went over to the shop told the lady working in the office what was going on thinking they would at least pull the tires to check for maybe a bad seal, she wouldn't do anything but air in them for me . Now I don't work at a tire shop for a living but wouldn't you think they would put each tire in the water tank to check for leaks BEFORE putting them on your car(2nd red flag). Lastly as stated before this was done at the end of the day so you would think my old tires were still at this business , nope lady said they were already disposed of but the same trailers they put the junk tires in were in the same spot as the night before. 3rd red flag . Bottom line stay away from this place they don't stand behind their work , lie to you and are very unprofessional. . Don't say you were not warned, I was from a friend and now I am out a $100
