Everytime I order from this store specifically it’s always wrong or cold or if I get a drink it’s melted. Their staff doesn’t know how to use the correct tone when talking to customers about what they did wrong

It's absolutely ridiculous. If you can't follow directions, then just stay home. The fact that people's meals are wrong because people just want to barely do enough to keep their jobs is a joke. The fact that you can't even get something as simple as dipping sauce actually inside the bag is a disgrace to whoever gave you the job. The lack of compensation afterward is a total slap in the face as well. If everything I order is wrong because you couldn't put the correct items that are in stock, in my bag, then you remedy the situation. Not say I don't know why your order is wrong I just checked, and we have everything in stock. That is a blatant admission that your coworkers didn't even try to get the order correct. The management of this store should feel ashamed of how customers are handled.

After multiple attempts at calling the number provided and sitting on hold for far too long each time my review stands as stated above. I will continue to not shop here.

Oh, dear readers, allow me to regale you with the tale of my recent misadventure at Store 677 in the charming hamlet of Prince George, VA. With eager anticipation, I placed an order via the mobile contraption and set forth to retrieve it at the drive-through, expecting nothing short of impeccable service befitting my station.Alas, my hopes were dashed upon encountering a certain Nae at the drive-through window. Instead of a warm welcome, I was met with a baffling display of incompetence. Despite my clear instructions, Nae seemed to be in a state of perpetual befuddlement, repeatedly inquiring about libations I had not requested. As if that weren't vexing enough, she had the audacity to mutter complaints about moi as she flounced away.Upon receiving my parcel, it became apparent that the contents were not as expected. Missing items left me feeling as bereft as a wilting petunia. Venturing into the store, I sought resolution from Nae and her supposed superior, Neak. Alas, my appeals fell on deaf ears as they displayed a shocking lack of accountability and grace, offering neither an apology nor a solution.Such dismal service is simply intolerable! One expects better from an establishment purporting to cater to refined sensibilities. I implore the management to heed this cautionary tale and take swift action to rectify the woeful state of affairs at Store 677.In summation, let my lament serve as a cautionary ode to those considering a visit to this establishment: Beware, lest you too fall victim to the tragic comedy that is Store 677.

Order a strawberry banana smoothie and ended up with a strawberry banana icee. Everytime i order food/drinks my order gets messed up SMH.

Just watched the lady pack my small fries then the guy packing the bags said I'm gonna need another small fries so this lady dumps my bag of my French fries repack it with less to have enough for the other bag......bad look on her and on sheetz. First and last time I get food from here. Not gonna be one I come to any more.

Customer service experience is disgusting. Food service is atrocious ordered a mozzarella burger and they put the mozzarella sticks straight on the counter , no wrapper no protective layer just slam on the counter. This was AFTEr waiting 15+ minutes for my order. And then when I said something the girl who was manning the fry station was mumbling under her breath. If you want microwaved burgers and scrappy customer service 5 stars but if not I suggest going elsewhere.

Customer service is a joke here; including with management. Why have a pickup service for drive-thru if no one will acknowledge that you’re there waiting on a paid order. They never come to the window to even check or offer assistance. I’ve literally been waiting here for almost 15 minutes.This was my second time; yet somehow I thought it would be a different experience. And by the way once the order is sent to the store; it’s unable to be cancelled. If there is a specific process for picking up orders; then it should be made clear at the kiosk not just assumed everyone is aware.

Cheapest gas in the local 30-minute radius! $2.34 for regular, last week 15jan24. Clean, well stocked and modern convenience store, stop by if you're passing through!

I visit here frequently.I'm impressed by the variety and selection of the store goods as well as the Made-To-Order (MTO) food menu. I have ordered here about 4 times and I had to wait a full 10 minutes once to get my food order even when I was the only one in line. The MTO food is always fresh, correct, and worth the price though. There's always food deals in the app / in-store. This location offers 87, 88 (E15), 89, 93 and 94 (E15 FLEX) Octane Gas as well as On-Road Diesel. The bathrooms are also well kept and maintained. The gas pumps, outside trash receptacles, window washer stations, and parking lot are also very well maintained.-1 star for the free Air Pump constantly needing maintenance because its user interface buttons are completely broken.

I feel like I got jipped for my money. Normally I always have a good experience with this Sheetz. I paid $7.11 for a chicken wrap and fryz. The wrap was big enough for a toddler.
