I carry my car too three different places to have my air condition fixed. First place charge me $800 and it lasted 3 days. Carried it to the second place they charge me $500. My neighbor told me about Quick Lane well what do I have to lose. She told me that they do all different kind of work so I carry my car too Quick Lane. They were very professional. They looked at my car and they came back and all it was was a fuse. And it's still working . Thank you Quick Lane.

Absolutely wonderful place to have work done. Fast service and great customer service! Tina went out of her way to help me when two of my tires went flat on the same day! She was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! I will definitely be going back when I need more work done on my vehicles.

I have worked with Tina several times over at quick lane for my maintenance and repair. She was very responsive and pleasant. She followed up with all my questions and got my car back to me within a respectable timeframe for my agenda. I will be using quick lane again and have referred my friends and family :)

Hello everyone! My opinion may be a bit biased…! ? I am the store manager at Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center at Crossroads Ford. I’ve been a part of the Crossroads team since 2010.

Service Advisor (Tina) was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Service and waiting areas were both very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the honest diagnosis of what needed to be done to my SUV. I will return here for any further vehicle concerns and issues.

A couple weeks ago I had a routine inspection done at quick lane, upon doing the inspection we discovered 3 of my tires were completely bald, thankfully there wonderful customer service team more specifically Tina, she went above and beyond to make sure I got the right tires I needed so I could get back on the road to pickup my family I would highly recommend anyone to use quick lane for all there car repairs and needs. And be sure to ask for Tina! She'll treat you right!

Called at 9:23 AM and it rang forever and then the voice recorder came on the line stating "I didnt hear your response, please try again" so I randomly selected 1 and it sent me to Crossroads Ford Sales department. Service agent was very nice and transferred me back to Quick Lane and it went to voice mail for me to leave a message.The last time I went to Quick Lane they told me it would be a couple of months before I could get an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated.With all that said, my experience has not been positive.

Horrible experience took it in for a simple flat repair told them I needed it back by 330 they said they'd do the best they could. I got my truck back at 415 in the afternoon after being told it would be ready at 3 on the phone and as an added bonus a free check engine light on my dash.Service: Tires
