He was very patient and kind the entire time with my aunt and I and he even took extra time out of his day after we had some difficulties moving our things into the first truck we acquired. 10/10 will recommend this Uhaul and representative to everyone we know in the area! “Skilled and friendly delivery on every refill. Unlike UPS and other delivery drivers ,they have never complained of difficulty accessing my property on gravel easement from paved road. Downside is, in my case, that they over-promise on the date range of a delivery. Past 3 refill deliveries have been 5 - 7 days later than I was told in their response to my requesting a delivery online.”
