I have had a very pleasant experience with Vigilant Storage. They quickly accommodated me with a climate controlled unit on very short notice in 2022. They are extremely friendly, I always felt welcomed and questions were always answered with the utmost professionalism. Two years later I moved out of my unit. There were no insects or other critters in the unit (I have rented other places and had a not so excellent experience). This is a very clean facility. They made the process very smooth to exit. I would definitely rent from here again in the future!

This is an awesome storage physicality. They are very easy to work with. Moving my on a hot day, was offered water and popsicles. They are great and the units are well maintained. Very satisfied!

Caring people who are also meticulous in ensuring that your needs are met. If I could leave 2 reviews, I would, but since I cannot, I will add to this one. Cindy, the manager remembered that the storage was for a handicapped family member whose husband passed away, which is why it was in my name instead of the family member's name. Cindy sticks to the rules, as she should, in order to run a successful business. While sticking to the rules, she is also helpful in making sure that she provides the assistance you need to end your rental and have it cleaned out. I felt like I was dealing with family when I talked to her. Thank you for everything!

We stored with Vigilant Self Storage for a period of about 5 years. Very professional, very well maintained. A truly great experience doing business with them. Highly recommend.

It was nice to call a company and speak to an actual person. Cindy was super helpful and was able to provide me with all the information I needed. Most of all she was extremely patient and accomidating with my hecytic time schedule. Cindy was an absolute pleasure. Anyone looking for great attitude and great service ask for Cindy.

Prices have gone up for the same service every year for the past few years. We've moved from the address we had when we got the storage unit (over 2 years ago) and they still have the original address on file. NO ONE seems to know how to change it in the system and we can't update it ourselves. No one seems to know how to navigate a system they use EVERYDAY?!?! Trying to find time off to start clearing out unit so we can be done with them.

Cindy was so helpful! I upgraded my unit and the location and price were better than I could have asked for. Cindy made sure I had everything I needed to make the move easy. I will recommend Vigilant in Prince George to anyone looking for a storage unit!
