They just want the application fee . I gave them everything they asked for. I’m self employed and did not have check stubs with over 50,000 in my account I was still denied & discriminated after showing my business income & bank accounts. I would never recommend this place. EVER They basically just took my application. The lady didn’t even give me a chance. I know why SMH because I was black racism is still here.

I’m not here to bash this company. I’m here to possibly help any first time renters when it comes to choosing which company to rent from. I rented a duplex apartment from this company and had nothing but issues in the apartment itself. The company was great in the beginning as far as responding and maintenance goes. As a couple months went on my one year old son who has asthma kept getting sick and I could not for the life of me figure out why. We then had experienced some rain in our area, mind you it was just rain and small gusts of wind, nothing extreme. When I came home to the property I noticed a penny sized hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms pouring water all over my furniture and belongings. So then I put two and two together and realized that there had to be mold in the walls of this property. One rainstorm should NOT have caused that size hole in the ceiling and that much damage. That hole had to have been there prior to me renting it, and was just patched to look pretty for the next renter. Which unfortunately was my baby and I. The company swore there was no mold in the property. Not to mention the 9 mice I caught in the span of 3 weeks in the home. Completely and utterly disgusting and inconsiderate. Do not recommend.

Their website was easy to navigate. I gave 3 stars because they didn't have anything for me to look at. Either I didn't like what they had, or it wasn't in my price range or the area I wanted. I looked at homes for sale as well as rent. Pet friendly rentals are almost non-existent.

I applied for an apartment thet took my application fee didn't let me know if I was approved or not and when I called them they didn't answer. Criminals and I see they are rude it seems to a certain type of person hints the pics. I did everything correctly and u took my app fee and never responded everybody isn't lying on this company if u r any thing other than white run they are rude hillbillies that will scam u.

They charged us to paint the porch... Paint the outside porch ?..... Took half our security deposit. We left that property in better condition than we found it. Every time we called, just ignorance. If you can rent somewhere else do so.

Beware of them flipping a house near you. They'll rent to the devil himself if his moma will sign for him.rent ouf a trucking depot with tandem dump truck in the middle of a once quite niebouhood. They charge oil and just pour it on the ground. Wake everyone up with the sounds of dump truckcant send pictures. You'd have to live here to feel that anyways. I'd love to send pictures or videos of the tandem dump running wide open for an hour at 3am or any hour of the day or night. Pets aren't pets any longer. If you can catch them you can feed them but they're not you pets you've had over a decade. It's a scary to death wild animal now. Don't even answer to its name. Nobody cares no more. Not here anyway. OH AND NOT THIS PERTICULUR REALITY BUSINESS. JUST IN GENERAL.

Wouldn’t recommend. Was there the other day and the rental I was viewing was dirty and smelled horrible. Front desk didn’t seem the friendliest either in my experience.

I’m surprised this place has 3 star rating after seeing all of the other reviews and going through what my roommate at the time and I went through with them. The entire three years we lived on one of their properties we paid on time and gave them no issues yet they still treated us like children and were very rude in almost all encounters (from other reviews you may conclude who was the the worst with customer service). They are VERY unprofessional and will definitely try to gouge and scam you after you move out if you don’t pay attention. Definitely DO NOT recommend renting from them especially for first time renters. Do not let this company walk all over you because they will everything they can try to get. They tried to charge us twice our rent even with the deposit deducted after we moved for “cleaning, repairs, and repainting” even though we paid to have the carpets cleaned per their request with proof and had it professionally cleaned with the exception of the kitchen because we had some trash bags sitting inside because there was no room in the trash can from us moving. The only proof they sent us were some sketchy receipts and two before pictures of the stove and two after pictures of the stove being cleaned as to why we were being charged as much as we were. Lastly as I said before, very unprofessional and definitely will never recommend unless you like to be stressed and upset.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! As you can read the other reviews. They are very rude. Since the day I walked into their office they talked down to me despite the fact I paid my rent on time every month. Did everything asked from getting all my services turned on with copies emailed. Had the house cleaned and they tried to charge me for over twice my rent AFTER the security deposit. They will try and scam you. Ask you to respond is less than 24 hours. This place is very unprofessional I’m not sure how they stay in business. Do not work for them. Do not live here. They treated me like I was less than an adult despite the fact I never gave them any issues after living in their property for almost 3 years. Very disrespectful of a place. Glad I have a mortgage and will never have to deal with the hassle of renting again. Because after this experience I’m so stressed and very annoyed.

Heather needs a course in mannerisms, and a class in customer services. Her attitude SUCKS.!! There's much more that could be said about this person but enough been said, Just be prayed up before entering.After reading other reviews i am inclined to believe that she is the owner or a powerful influence with this reality. How can there be these bad reviews on her and she's still working and hasn't changed her attitude??? Wonderings who responding to the reviews ?

Very unprofessional, the lady at the front desk has a very nasty disposition. You can tell she judges people based on what he/she looks like. The rules they have in place to view houses/apartments are so stupid and leaves room for more confusion. And gives you attitude if you call to ask questions. They just seem desperate for that 20.00. Too many Red flags. I don't recommend anyone going here ( black people)

All they care about is money and love to scam. They have hundreds of applications that come in and deny majority because they claim it’s for people not seeing properties. They claim they check credit and background and credit isn’t a big issue if you have a bigger deposit but still will deny you for bad credit history. Do not recommend you will just be wasting money to view a property they aren’t going to rent out. Just a way to make themselves easy money

HEATHER IS RUDE don’t sit here and believe the responses from the owner when multiple people have mentioned the same woman and described her as RUDE !
My fiancé inquired about a property paid the fee , did the viewing etc after a week I suggested he call … HEATHER was just rude for no reason it’s not as if he was bugging this was his first call to her smh and online it states 0-6 days for a response ! Its been well over that and still no call or email. I’m sure the owner is going to comment in defense of heather or maybe it’s her behind the keyboard responding or maybe she’s a family member / friend and they don’t want to let her go but there is no need for her to act the way she does and after reading everyone’s comment mentioning her she should probably just change her name at this point since this company won’t let her go because all the bad reviews are on her. The young man casey I believe was very pleasant and professional your best bet is to put him in charge and let her go !
And please no need to respond nothing you can justify at this point!

Wish I could give 1 star. We submitted applications paid app fees and last email was requesting stubs etc. Submitted everything requested and had to call to find out another application was approved with no refund of our app fees. Please explain why your taking peoples money on app fees of you are already processing applications such a scam!
