"yes it's family friendly!" No it's not it's way to many deaths here and people speed a lot they jump on you with everything and they don't even fix anything in there the park has so many broken things and they don't let you hang things outside avoid at all cost it's worse then a 1 star hotel

Avoid at all cost! Landlords are unprofessional, lazy, and negligent . The trailers are not maintained, water smells foul, and constant shut down from water pipe breaks. Issues with residents will go unresolved due to landlord not caring. A community of crime and murder happen often. The portal used for rent payment is faulty and the landlord pockets the money you paid as an excuse of them not receiving it. I only say this to spread the word before you decide to commit you family into this toxic yet hostile environment. Active duty service members and family are not welcomed as they move frequently and therefore it’s frowned upon because they want a longer lasting purchase of home sale. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY!!

This is nice place to live, community that cares about where they live.
But the office staff stinks!!! They are a bunch of LIERS!
They have no problem sending you eviction notices a day after being late.
But when they destroy and make damage to your property they lie to your face, and have no problem going on about there business.
I would not sujest anyone moving here
After going over the reviews of pine ridge I see the same answer from the owner.
If you have any complaints call this number, and nothing changes!

The staff does nothing but nit pick about certain thing around my yard I try to keep my yard clean. They have been harassing me about my pool every summer. Although I look around and pools up. If there’s a big deal a pool in the yard why can’t they build a pool at the playground. They are getting enough money from the community in rent to put a nice in ground in the park.
