About four shirts that needed to have patches sewn Very easy to do. Easy directions. Three patches sewn on where. Not just a little bit, like 25° off. Now one of them was perfect, why do this? Why make one look good and then the rest of them obviously or wrong not call, not say anything pick up. I learned my lesson. If they are not willing to let someone know that something is screwed up and I really shouldn’t be bringing my business there. What is crazy is this is a commercial account. They have lost our business now. I didn’t even bring them back for them to correct, I don’t want them Altering the stuff any further. Went to an alterations place in Colonial Heights and they are fixing it for me. Disappointed because I like to support local business and now I am forced to go to Colonial Heights and spend money there instead of my hometown. If you are having things altered, just make sure it’s done correctly before you leave. Never assume that everything is OK. I learned my lesson.

Do not recommend at all. Owner and wife very rude if you have a concern about work product. Today’s experience- walked in owner obviously still had an attitude as I previously raised a concern. Wife started to hem with pins stating “one try only” obviously I was only ‘allowed’ to try on one pair of pants although I had 4. She then wrote the slip with costs and stated ‘pay now with cash’ I said I only had a card. She stated ‘you go and get cash and come back’. I took my clothes and dry cleaning and told them they should improve their customer service skills. She stated ‘just go’. We will NEVER take our clothes there and would recommend to steer clear. How can a business owner dictate payment method - of note only sign there is “ under 10$ cash only “ WORST business owners and shabby job if they do anything at all.

I am not one to write reviews but in this situation unfortunately something needs to be said. I have been a customer here for a little over 4 months and had no issues with the services. When I went in to pick up my clothes they did not have my clothes for pick up. They told me a ticket was submitted for pick up but it wasn’t by me the original owner. The lady working the desk told me to wait for her husband the owner to call me to let me know how they would handle it. The owner was absolutely rude on the phone (yelled at me) and was completely unwilling to help rectify the situation for their mistake giving my clothes away. I am now out of two business suits because the store didn’t make sure they returned my clothes back to the original owner. They were unwilling to search and call the person they gave it two, check video footage of their mistake, and won’t even take my calls. I completely understand that mistakes happen and I am not mad about the mistake, but it is completely unacceptable for a business to refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake and refuse to do anything to fix the situation they caused. If you are planning to try the place out or are a loyal customer here, keep in mind if they lose your clothes or make a mistake they will not provide adequate customer service to rectify there mistake.

Two different items with alteration. The dress pants were a half inch difference in length. The mother of the brides dress was not complete so we took it back. Very poor job on the hem. I redone the dress pants myself.
