“Harbor Freights come a long way over the years the tools are no longer disposable they actually holding up for long periods of time I currently own generators and other power tools from different Harbor Freight locations at this time I was looking for a tiller wish they had something a little bit bigger but I'll keep on my search employees there are always welcoming and friendly”
“I had visited another Home Depot store to get stain samples for my fence. Unfortunately, the associate at that location was unable to find the correct tints in the computer. The next day, I went to the Chester location, expecting that I would get the same answer as the day prior. Albert was manning the paint counter by himself, and had several orders going at once. I thought I was going to have to explain what I was looking for, but Albert is a true professional! He knew exactly what I was asking for, and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. As I waited, I saw him completing orders for other customers, handing them their paint as they returned to the counter. He was clearly busy, but remained calm and friendly throughout! Very positive experience!!”
“Ordered a part from Noland accidently mixed it up with Ferguson so I called Ferguson looking for my part. Of course they cant find my order because it never existed as I had ordered it from Noland. Without knowing the mistake was on my end the man I talked to got the part shipped to my house the very next day. I will now be getting all my plumbing needs at Ferguson. As they offered amazing customer service when I wasn't even a customer.”
“We did an online order and the staff at the service counter was exceptional. We didn't know if the dishwasher was ready, but we knew it had arrived. Our customer service rep tracked it down and was able to get someone there to help us load up. Overall a pleasant experience, especially this close to Christmas.”
“I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.”

“This Lowe's is always super organized and the staff always asks if I need help which is rare. Found what I needed pretty quickly since I'm in here so much I know where to go. The only issues I ever have here are at checkout. Either there's not enough registers open or the self checkout is down or being weird. But even with that the staff does all they can so it doesn't kill the experience. Keep it up!”
