“I have always loved Thacker Ace on Crater Rd. So naturally when I was ready to purchase a home defense weapon I went to where I knew I would get the help I needed, friendly faces, helpful staff, and advice... even though the prices are higher. Shawn is the young man that works the weapons counter. He was very nice, all smiles, attentive to my needs, UNTIL after I purchased the weapon he tells me he have no ammo for the 380, but gave me a site to order online that were double the price of what Thacker sells, plus that company claimed to always be out of ammo as well.So I go back to Shawn ask if he could help me out getting the ammo I needed, sure he says, since you bought your weapon here I will call you when they come in, It's been a year, Come on now!!! and when I would visit the store for other things I would always check with him and he always would say the same thing and take my number for the 5th time.....NOW I know you never intended to get me the ammo and when I go into the store he would turn his head and walk away, just disappear. Didn't want to handle it like this..but what's a gal to do???Update: I am happy to say this whole ugly issue has been corrected beautifully.Thackers is holding up the excellent customer service we are accustomed to,And I appreciate it and everyone for making it right.”

“Harbor Freights come a long way over the years the tools are no longer disposable they actually holding up for long periods of time I currently own generators and other power tools from different Harbor Freight locations at this time I was looking for a tiller wish they had something a little bit bigger but I'll keep on my search employees there are always welcoming and friendly”

“Everything went PERFECTLY. Order for the Gas Grill was made over the Internet - Kenmore 4 Burner with Side Burner. It was delivered to my home, and person from Assembly Box (thru Home Depot) came and assembled - all done in 6 days. Wonderful. Great product that looks great. Home Depot and Assembler both gave status reports and texts, calls, e-mails, along the process/progress. I was quite impressed! This is the 3rd (same) grill I've had, usually lasts about 10 years. Burns so evenly, stays in like new appearance, and price $400 + $110 Assembly Fee is worth it and fair. Also has a large easy to take in and out grease tray. Highly recommend this product and Home Depo's Service.”
“I had visited another Home Depot store to get stain samples for my fence. Unfortunately, the associate at that location was unable to find the correct tints in the computer. The next day, I went to the Chester location, expecting that I would get the same answer as the day prior. Albert was manning the paint counter by himself, and had several orders going at once. I thought I was going to have to explain what I was looking for, but Albert is a true professional! He knew exactly what I was asking for, and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. As I waited, I saw him completing orders for other customers, handing them their paint as they returned to the counter. He was clearly busy, but remained calm and friendly throughout! Very positive experience!!”
“I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.”
