Brought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in for paint bubbling warranty issues on 31 Jul 2023. They took pictures, said they would be submitting the package up for approval and would be about a week before they would hear back. 7+ weeks later (today is 19 September), over a dozen left voice mails, countless calls made and put on hold purgatory for 45+ minutes, disconnected, etc. Still not a single call back, or answer to simple question on status. Physically went into the service deprtment today to get some face to face answers... None to be had. No idea if the warranty claim was submitted because the one who does that is out today. "Probably" was submitted though. How reassuring. I was told they would call me when they have an approval to do the work. I'll beholding my breath for that call. Horrible customer service. Atrocious communication. Extremely frustrating experience. avoid. Avoid. AVOID at all costs.

Brought our truck in for an oil change, at first the service advisor was trying to find any reason at all to upcharge the oil change package and not honor the mopar purchased oil changes.After waiting for five and half hours the truck was finally done.All four tires had very bad rubbing, one tire was damaged. The dealer did order me a new tire to replace the damaged one.A few days later I noticed a rattle and realized my skid plate was not properly secured. I then looked under the hood and saw the coolant was low.To the dealers defense when I brought it to there attention they did secure the skid plate and top off the coolant, but my question is what is the point in the “multi point inspection” if you don’t even look at the fluids when the vehicle is in for service?I would not trust this service department to perform any future work on my vehicles.To top it all off the service advisor was extremely rude and dismissive. He needs to find a different line of work other than customer service if that is his demeanor everyday. The only pleasant interaction we had was with Ginny who made sure we were taken care of and understood the mistakes the dealer made.Edit: even after having the truck brought in to secure the skid plate…. He still forgot TWO BOLTS! How someone can be that incompetent blows my mind.

Express Lane “fast oil changes and more.” Brought my truck in for an oil change. Nothing else. Been here since 745am. Still no service to my truck at 1125am. Express lane my tail. I come here thinking it would be easier and helpful. Not today. Hour from home. Not a happy person.

DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING!!! I purchased a2018 Jeep 5 years ago...... I have had to install 3 new batteries in 5 years! I had to keep calling to find out what was going on and got hung up on 9 times!!!! I had my car towed to them and the tow truck driver called to let me know he dropped it off and was told the tow was not covered!?!? I asked him how much he charged and he said $75.00. They paid the driver and added it to my bill times three!! THEN!! My battery cost over $600.00 including labor!!!FOR SURE this 2018 Jeep will no longer belong to me.... I will never purchase a Jeep again! I will never deal with Crossroads again!!! This is not the first instance with them, it is cumulative and I've had it!!

I was recently traveling alone with my minor son from Florida to Maryland and I noticed I had a squeaky belt. I immediately pulled off and found the closest dodge which was crossroads in Virginia. The service department was extremely busy but they managed to get me in a back on the road within 24 hours. The ladies in service really went above and beyond to make sure my don and I were safe and comfortable. Thank you to all

From the time I initially called the service dept (while driving down the road as my Jeep was acting up) I was greeted by a very nice gentleman, Tony. He advised me that what I was telling him, I should bring it to them ASAP. So I did just that. It was like 530pm and I walked in, lucky enough to speak to that exact gentleman who already knew what I was there for due to our call just about 15mins prior to my arrival. He was very helpful, seemed to try his best to work my Jeep into service b/c I was due to be leaving for vacation the very next day! Unfortunately, he is not a miracle worker so I did not get my Jeep back fixed by the next day, but it was just a short 3 day stay and fix. He helped us with filing the claim with my extended warranty company, he went back and forth with the service tech to relay the info that we were giving him. I feel that he was a very valuable part of the whole situation that was a nightmare of costs to me, he somehow made me feel better about it and it all got worked out. I was happy with the work that was performed and feel safe in knowing that I can depend on the local Jeep dealership/service center when I need them! (Hopefully not for a long while or maybe never lol) I would recommend them to my family members and friends :)

First of all this is a no pressure place. Booked an appointment through the web sales, car was a surprise for my wife, Frank our salesman was amazing, process was quick and I think this experience was the fastest I have ever walked in and out purchasing a car. I would highly recommend this dealership, and go see Frank! you won't regret it and tell him I sent you.

I went in for usual state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Vince and the guys took care of me and did the work in a timely manner. Vince was so nice and I appreciated the time he took with me. They did excellent work on my Renegade. I will always return here for exceptional service. Thanks Vince and Crosswords. You are the greatest!!

This is personally my second car from this dealership and I come out with the perfect car for me each time. Mario has been working with my entire family for yearsssss. And thank you Frank for showing me the Edge & making me fall in love with it. I love my Ford Edge. Spacious enough for my little family with amazing safety features that I was looking for.

The only issue we had was we had to remind the service agent multiple times that we had the Jeep Wave program. It was told to the same person five times. Each time the agent had to reminded we had the program. The final time was when I went to pay. The bill was almost $200. I ask about my Jeep Wave Benifits and the agent was like oh yeah. They also quoted my wife one price adding extra fees and me a cheaper price. My wife felt like they were taking advantage of her because she was a female. The work was done quickly but my original request on the tire rotation was to rotate the spare in and they forgot that too. So the moral of my story is there was no attention to detail regarding my visit. I may try another dealership in the future.

This review is for their service department. I made the apt online and that was pretty easy. The service was for an oil change, alignment, and a state inspection. All the services were done very well, and they didn't push me for further services, but they did give me a copy of recommended services which as fine. They used to ask you about your car services right out in the lobby in front of other patrons which a disliked...but they don't anymore. They also took my Mopar coupons as well. All in all I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicle here.

The customer service counter staff are fantastic. They are busy but make the effort to treat you like a human. You feel positive and hopeful when you drop off your vehicle for service. However, if you are not being proactive and have the motivation, energy, and time to complain, the service rep who will be assigned to your case could write you off. They may well not care that you are a paying customer, and that you are not there for a free service or charity of some sort. Perhaps it's the luck of a draw, but I was assigned Amber C., and she completely dropped the ball on me. She caused an unnecessary 3-week delay in repairing my vehicle, and that's not OK. Of course, your experience may be different, and you may enjoy paying for a rental car for 3 weeks while your own vehicle is sitting at the dealer without anyone working on it. Caveat emptor.PS: I didn't want to write this, but got an automated email invite from Crossroads to submit feedback. So, the above is my personal experience.

Crossroads is THE BEST place for service!! It is also the only place I will buy a vehicle. Within our family we have bought 5 vehicles some new some used. All have been great!! The people there are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Always doing their best to give us great deals!
