I came and got my car washed specifically for the vacuums. I dried off my car and as soon as i went to use the vacuums, I overheard they weren’t working due to a power outage from the morning. I was so upset. I came just for the vacuums!!!
Kulen noticed me upset and came over to my car and offered a free vacuum coupon for the other Flagstop near by. I was so grateful!!
This is why i always go to this location. Friendly, helpful, kind, and truly the best customer service of any flagstop i’ve been to!

“This car wash station is my go to place being here in Virginia for a short time. It’s actually very well maintained! The nozzles are great, the brushes looked brand new, the vacuums did their job and the curb appeal shows it’s very well kept up. I’d say this place is a hidden gem tucked away. My only recommendation (not enough to lose a star) a bit more pressure.”

“I bought a used 08' Hyundai Accent, which was not in horrible shape but needed cleaning. Also smelled like the previous owner.I took it to Executive Detail for interior detailing. Not only did he fit me in same-day, but he arrived on time, listened to my requests, and addressed everything I had requested and then some. He gave me an estimated completion time and delivered on it. Vehicle now feels like a new car, which is what I wanted. Price was reasonable too.I'll definitely use Executive Detail again for any future detailing work.I attached before-and-after photos to this review.Services: Seat shampooing”

“How to small issue with the machine and a few of the cycles. I spoke to a manager and got it resolved. Was giving a another watch and was very happy with the results after everything worked. The touchless side of this car wash is good for a quick wash.”
“Workers were really friendly and from what i can tell they do a awesome job but It was unexpected as to how long the wait times are for this car wash, waited a good 45 minutes with a buddy of mine only for us to leave since we had places to be that day. If you have the time or it doesn't look busy i can say it is worth it though”

“Signed up for the unlimited washes and this place is really convenient. I use the touchless wash and it does a pretty good job. The staff is always helpful when needed and the lot stays pretty clean. They also have towels available during the day to dry your car which isn't at most places. I've been coming here for about 4 months and will be adding my other car to the subscription soon.”

They opened up for me and cleaned the car as best they could because my daughter 's car was really really bad due to neglect and lots of travel. I am happy that they were so gracious.
