Paid $60 to get my nails done and it took over an hour! You would think with that much attention it would last! 3 nails broke in 24 hours just snapped! The acrylic was so thin!!! I want my money back!!!

This… is supposed to be a gel MANICURE. I wish I could give zero stars. Very unsatisfied.
Update: There may have been a miscommunication error, due to a language barrier, but I asked for gel MANICURE. Either way, my nails look horrible.

I love going here, it's fast and they do a great job. And I have never ever had to wait. It's not the biggest nail salon but they make you feel so welcome!

The gentleman that did my nails, did them better then the photo i brought in! I am very pleased with my nail service but I'm giving 4 stars because I'm not sure if I was double booked or not but he was working on not only my nails but another person's as well at the same time so I had to wait a bit in between. I feel like I could have been out of there a lot faster lol but over all I am definitely satisfied and will be trying this place out againService: Acrylic nails

This a tale of two visits, my first visit was fabulous a 5 out of 5, the older gentleman gave me an amazing good pedicure. My last time I had a younger gentleman and it was a horrible experience. He was in a hurry like he had someplace else to go. My rating is an average of the two experiences. I don't know that I will go back!

I took my nieces for their first ever nail salon visit. 10 & 7 years old. They were awesome at the salon. Very nice and gentle with the girls. They will definitely get our business going forward. An experience my nieces will forever remember.Services: Nail art

Went to this place on a whim. I got an acrylic gel fill the initial shape and acrylic process was amazing. I was super excited, thinking that my nails are going to turn out great. The man that works there was originally working on my nails for the shape and the acrylic powder. Once the lady started laying on my nail polish, I noticed she was laying it on super thick and completely ruined the shape of my nails. There is nail polish underneath my nails. My nails are no longer square they’re very boxy. The top of them are sticky from the nail polish going over my nails overall I’m very dissatisfied and I asked the man to fix my nails and he said that he could not. It’s sad that the shape and application were done so well, but then ruined by horrible nail polish work.

Me and my friend both went in there today. They were close and convenient, we walked in and everything was fine Until….they got to work we both came in there with a set in mind and left disappointed with the results, I got French tips while my friend got a regular polish. Both of our mail lengths were fine but or nails appear to be lumpy and thick. Also we could tell the workers were rushing and going back and forth between us when they could’ve just took their time (we were in no rush). In the middle of filing they cut our fingers making us both bleed. He’s very rough when he is working to the point of discomfort and pain. And the woman rushed on painting to where she smeared my friend’s nails. This might just be one bad experience but we do love the owners outside of their work ethic.

I came to the area on a TDY trip and needed to find a nail salon. I googled Best Nails and they have not disappointed me yet. I've been here twice and they always do a good job. Their customer service speaks volumes and I appreciate the hospitality.
