Walmart is Walmart! Rearranging everything! Can't find anything where it once was! They did that so by the time you actually finger what you're looking for you won't care about the price! You'll just want to get it and get out!

Walmart Bakery has messed up my last three custom cake orders…this time ordered six character cupcakes…the flavors were supposed to be assorted and we were given all white. The icing was supposed to be all different colors based on the characters, we were given all white. This is the third time Walmart bakery has messed up a custom order for our family this year. We will be taking our business to Food Lion’s bakery. The associates who took my order and gave me my order were very pleasant and nice/polite, but I’m fed up with the mistakes.

Walmart sold me a used game card. Spent 200 dollars and found out my card was already used, before I had a chance to do anything with it.

Our 1st visit to this Powatan (or Chesterfield? or Midlothian?) store was a nice experience. Very clean and organized. Better inventory than other Walmarts. Helpful and pleasant staff.

This is a nice location - on the smaller side since it's a rural area - but seems to always have what you need. The store is clean with a huge parking lot.

Don't try to buy a gun here, all the employees and managers are incompetent. Couldn't sell me a shotgun after I waited 3 hours for the right people to show up and get involved because no one including the store manger knows the stores FFL number. What a joke.

Believe this older woman named Darlene is a nightmare and makes shopping there the worst experience ever. Please let her go walmart. She followed me from the entrance to the back 20 mins before closing to remind me that they closed in 20 mins and she remained following me until I self checked out with iced coffee counting down the time. That's all I bought and that's just one encounter with her. Another I took a grill back, never opened it and she refused to let me return. Went to another location, return with no problem. Another time I was in self check and she brought another cart for me to use and stood there as I checked out watching. ANOTHER time she refused to honor a sales price and made a seen in front of many. LAST NIGHT she turned off all self check outs and refused to let me check out and the cashiers she had she sent them to the office behind customer services. There was also multiple families including an elder couple still shopping. I got to self check out BEFORE 11 and she turned off the self check. I'm a former CSM for Sam's Club and I also worked walmart, what she did was not protocol and she needs to be fired before a lawsuit is filed for harassment amongst other things. I could be petty and snap a picture of her and post it but I'm convinced that everyone knows who she is. THE EMPLOYEES seem miserable, upset, stressed, anxious to leave and that's bc management there stinks. Speaking of stinks, the bathrooms are always nasty. Yes people are very disrespectful and lack the functions of bathroom manners but backed up toilets, no toilet paper, smells as if the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a year, floors are gross. You shouldn't feel like you need a hepatitis shot every time to step into this store. WALMART, FIRE DARLENE AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM BEFORE YOU HAVE TO SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION. PEOPLE OF POWHATAN ARE FED UP AND WE DO TRAVEL AN ADDITIONAL 45 MINS TO SHOP WALMART AND AVOID POWHATAN.

This walmart has the absolute worst pharmacy in the state of V.A! They would not fill my prescription and would not tell me why insurance wouldn't cover it but wanted me to pay out of pocket! Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. First they tell me i can get a seven day supply of my medicine out of a 30 day supply to start then turned around and said i had to pay out of pocket to get my medicine and i have insurance and called them and they didn't understand why walmart was doing this! I am hoping i can get them filled today! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CVS OR WALGREENS NOT WALMART!!! If only I could give negative stars !
