I've updated my review on here a couple times because the quality of this location is so inconsistent but tonight was absolutely foul. I won't be back for anything other than gas or packaged food their "kitchen" hasn't touched. Soda fountain was jacked, yet again. I've got two free fountain drinks on my card but had to get a bottle from the fridge. Ordered a half sub and a cup of fries. Fries were cold and saturated with stale grease that's way overdue for a change. I took two bites before I threw them out and regret eating even that much. I feel like my expectations are set appropriately since Sheetz is just a gas station with a deep frier, but yikes. I wish I could call this location hot garbage but the food isn't even hot. Do better.

Slow service. Most likely sue to short staffed. Gas prices are nuts. Update: stocking of stuff is poor, burgers are cold and don’t even look like food

This has to be the WORST location ever. My boyfriend and I have ordered through the app a few times over the past few months and have selected pick up at drive-through a few times. First, expect to sit in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes before anyone comes to the window, because they won't answer at the screen. Second, they always forget our sauces that we pay extra for and they have forgotten items in our order almost EVERY time. We've lost at least $30 in forgotten items. When they do remember sauces, they don't close them all the way so they spill in the bag. And the food sometimes just looks awful.. as a former sheetz employee, it blows my mind how poorly the night shift is ran at this location.

This Sheetz is ALWAYS messing up food or giving cold food, especially when using the drive thru. In the past 2 weeks I have received fries that were cold. (Most likely sitting there for god knows how long). I prefer the other Powhatan Sheetz.

In terms of bathrooms, the women’s restroom was clean. Men’s smelled fresh (lemon scent), but a friend did note some pubic hair around the urinal. Another friend took to the stalls and found that the lock didn’t work on one of them; however, he did delight in the fact that the stall’s graffiti was freshly scrubbed off.Moving on to the food, my girlfriend and I got the chicken tender wrap sandwich which started off okay, though I do think it grew on me: the bread was good and the breading was crispy. A friend got potstickers, which he has had both good and bad stickers, and found these ones to be great. He got a brain freeze while consuming the strawberry banana smoothie, no fault of the smoothie. Chicken sliders were just alright. Last friend got the turkey wrap; boom boom sauce ratio was great, could use more turkey. Overall, good pit stop!

Don't order food unless you have plenty of time to wait. I had to check on my order before they started on it.
