They do really good work and can find and solve almost every car issue, from diagnostics to repairs, including engine installation. The shop is clean, fair, and honest. They are considerate of your time, providing very good and accurate timeframes, and are generally very fast. They communicate well throughout the entire process. They give an honest and accurate estimate before doing any work and offer suggestions to save money. The prices are fair, reasonable, and often below expectations. The staff and front counter person are friendly and professional. While the drive may be long for some, it is worth it for this top-notch service.
Excellent service. My friend recommended Powhatan Auto Repair when my a/c went out in my car. Each person I spoke with was friendly and professional. My car was repaired the same day. The cost was below what I had expected. It's a forty-five minute drive for me but it is worth it to have a trustworthy shop work on my car.
