I’ve been on a pillow hunt for months to replace the pillows on my bed. I’m very picky and knew exactly the style I was looking for. Jeff was a huge help in finding and making sure I bought the perfect pillow. Pillow exceeds all my expectations. Great store, great customer service & great pillow! All around a great experience!

I am a little late writing this review. I moved to Powhatan late Dec. My husband can’t walk right this second and needed a chair since we hadn’t gotten a moving truck yet. He called the store and Jeff answered the phone. He was amazing. He held the chair that my husband was going to get and helped load it into our car. He had even said he would have helped if he hadn’t had to be somewhere after the store closed. He was very personable and I look forward to buying more furniture in the future.

Went looking for a mattress at Mattress Mattress. Jeff took great care of us had a lot of choices and price ranges to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and had a few suggestions. He followed up with us after the the sale to make we were satisfied. We will definitely recommend his store to others.

We had a great experience. I walked into the store and was greeted by Jeff. I told him what I was looking for in a matress. He recommended 2 that would suit me. The one he said he thought I would like the most was exactly what I was looking for. The prices were great and the store was clean. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I live in Goochland County and I made a purchase from Mattress Direct and furniture store in Powhatan. Jeff the owner of the store was very helpful ,straightforward and made my experience of dealing with his store excellent experience. I will go back again when I need a certain item.
