Same day service even for a 31ft RV. Answered the phone, over the phone quote, coordinated with buyer/seller for pick up arrangments and provided great service the same day to tow our RV to the new buyer.

I give them a 0 . I am a tow truck driver myself and I am ashamed to to say that these scumbags are part of my profession. I called to ask to see if I could get my brother's prosthetic leg , which he needs to walk . I asked for the manager after I was rudely told that he isn't getting anything at all unless he paid all the fees . He is not keeping the vehicle and has no need to pay for it to be released just so he can get his prosthetic leg . There is usually a gate fee for a person to get there personal effects . It usually range from 50 to 75 bucks . I asked for the manager after she was so rude with me saying she didn't care what he needed to be able to walk . She then said she was the manager . I said well let me speak to the owner . She said her father was the owner and no I could not talk to him . So , after I get done with sending this to you I am going to post on Facebook about their staffs sensitivity towards disabled people and their professionalism.

The fastest, friendliest, and most reliable company I have ever dealt with. They didn't charge up the a$$, they made sure everything was done correctly, and the owner even checked in to make sure everything was still good the next time I came in for basic service. Oil changes are fair priced, labor is fair priced, and the family style service and work style make this place easy to trust. I will not take my vehicle to any other garage.
