“I ordered an HP desktop computer and it arrived in a timely manner. The graphics card was not operating properly at first. Justin walked me through the process from diagnosing the problem to swapping for a replacement. They offered multiple options for a replacement which I really appreciated and future customers would appreciate as well as they adapt to our needs. They were able to send me a replacement, again in a timely manner, and it works perfectly. Justin even went as far as contacting me to give me the tracking number and to give me updates. I also appreciated this extra step of checking in when he didn't have to. Even though there was a bump in the road (and it could have been a manufacturer issue or even an issue during transit--outside of their control), it ended perfectly when it could have easily went sour like how some other businesses operate. I would work and buy from this company again and urge anyone considering purchasing to know they are great to work with.”
