Older male behind the counter is very rude every time I have been in there, I'll add that the younger male has a better attitude. Old guy keeps it up I'll shop elsewhere

i enjoy being on the patio with my friends, the food is great the prices can't be beat and you won't find cheaper drinks. service is always fine even when it is busy.

I have been coming to Frisbys for years. The service has drastically gone down hill since they have re -staffed. It takes forever to get service on the bar side.... If you are'nt a friend of hers you will wait forever if you are ever served. The place is falling apart and completely nasty inside. The food may be decent but its all about customer service! and how you feel when you leave a place and this place is not very welcoming anymore!

The food is delicious. The prices are great. The only thing i have a problem with is the burgers they were still pink and red on the inside. They offered to re cook but i didn’t even want it then.

I came into frisbees on a fine February after for some lunch. I ordered a burger and some fries. The burger was burnt and the fries were as hard as me. I wouldn’t recommend. However, the ranch is out of this world. Add some sweet tea to that and you’ll get something my dad didn’t want me to have, happiness. Also the restaurant just updated the whole interior!! Can’t wait for this place to get back to the way it was in the 80’s. The waitresses we're friendly but seem a little slow when it comes to customer service. So, in conclusion I’ll be back tomorrow I love this place!!

I’ve been going to Frisbees every week for four years. The service is great, great atmosphere, great crowd. Not to mention their fantastic burger deal, you can’t beat it! Breakfast is the perfect cure for a hangover, just like momma used to make! Would definitely recommend. I bring my family to frisbees every time they visit, even the In-Laws!

The pumps are poorly maintained and wouldn’t work with a credit card without seeing the cashier. Ended up down the street a Sh@@tz with no issues.

As mentioned in the title, you can't get a better deal on a cheeseburger, fries, & drink anywhere in Richmond! They're also willing to cook on the rare side as most places are afraid to cook burgers this way. Their country fried steak is excellent & their mozzarella sticks are the best that my kids have ever had from a restaurant.Prices are very good especially for the cheeseburger combo for under five dollars.You can't go wrong with Frisbys Restaurant.

Ordered the chipped beef and the bread was so hard you could have built a house with it. No flavor, but the service was good. The chairs were old, a lot of them are being held up with duck tape. The benches were in bad shape as well. Needs to be renovated. Badly.

Had a great breakfast the other day. I had a large scrambled egg platter served nice and hot. Asked and received dark toast!Only complaint is the coffee, which had a bland flavor. Could use better quality coffee.I'll be back.

Had to in town for a friend's mom's wake. Got out after 7. Didn't want to go fast food, so I used my last phone battery life to bring up trip advisor. My wife won't try these 'holes in the wall' unless we get good reviews. The decor is dated and the ambiance is what you'd expect but the food was great. I got the 'double hamburger steak' which was two large meaty burgers covered with gravy. I got fries and okra as sides. It was just what I thought it would be. I'm an NC resident born and bread so it was the way momma made it. The others were 2 Yankees and a California girl (my wife). They all got the catfish and all three loved it. I sampled and it was very fresh, not at all fishy. The sides were well received as well. A special shout out for the collards. Even though they may have been canned, they were delicious. Our service was personal and professional at the same time. In other words she talked but not so much our glasses were not full of beverage. All in all a very good experience. Would definitely go back and/or recommend.
