“Excellent customer service. Good work for a fair price. Nothing is cheap these days so it’s nice to find a company that notifies me of things I might look towards having worked on in the future without pushing it on me now. More so, not telling me things are wrong that aren’t only to boost sales. They were always friendly to talk too and kept me posted as to the progress of work being done.

“I was referred here while buying a shed next door to FlatRock Auto. I have lived in Powhatan recently about 5 years and have tried several auto repair shops in the area. After dealing with Trey and the technicians here my search is over. They are honest people, have fair pricing and do great work. What more can you ask for? For the first time I am thinking of stopping my home maintenance work and getting most everything done here. 1) When you call, a REAL person answers the phone.
2) I met with folks who are honest, courteous and excellent in craftsmanship.
3) On two occasions, I’ve stopped by the business when I needed help. The owner stopped what he was doing and came outside to personally help me. This doesn’t happen at other shops.
4) There is no other body shop that even comes close to what this business has to offer! It’s the ONLY one for me!

“I called all good automotive to plug my tire because I had picked up a screw. I was told the cost would be $10(very reasonable). They took my car back, and came back 10 minutes later and said all done, and it was an easy job. They didn’t take any payment, and gave me a firm handshake. Very honest, and professional. They installed a complete rear deferential housing on my Roush mustang along with headers and custom exhaust. Fixed AC on my F250 6.7 super duty in a couple hours. Fair and honest.”
