“Excellent customer service. Good work for a fair price. Nothing is cheap these days so it’s nice to find a company that notifies me of things I might look towards having worked on in the future without pushing it on me now. More so, not telling me things are wrong that aren’t only to boost sales. They were always friendly to talk too and kept me posted as to the progress of work being done.

1) When you call, a REAL person answers the phone.
2) I met with folks who are honest, courteous and excellent in craftsmanship.
3) On two occasions, I’ve stopped by the business when I needed help. The owner stopped what he was doing and came outside to personally help me. This doesn’t happen at other shops.
4) There is no other body shop that even comes close to what this business has to offer! It’s the ONLY one for me!

“I just picked up my Camaro, Shores Collision did a touch up paint and buff out for some normal wear and tear. They did a superb job, my 2018 looks brand new. “2 years ago advance Auto lost my business when they would not change my battery because there is a bracket in my Tahoe that must be removed to install the new battery. The O'Reilly's in Chesterfield gladly sold me a battery and installed it. I went to this Powhatan location today because the battery is not holding a charge and they gladly replaced it under warranty. Same great service here, and I'm a loyal O'Reilly's customer now!”
