Adam’s oil is Awesome! I forgot to check the propane level in the tank, and told the representative from Adam’s oil we had a lot more propane than we did. I didn’t think we used that much based on when I last checked it. Needless to say the wife was upset we had no propane. When I explained the situation to the gentleman on the phone. He assured me everything was gonna be fine. A few hours later while snowing the Adam’s oil truck pulled up and delivered the propane. A big shout out to this company. Adam’s oil went above and beyond any expectations my wife or I could’ve possibly had. Especially since it is really cold and I know they are busy. Thank you so much to everyone at Adam’s oil who made this possible.

Few places around to get ethanol gas, one lady that works in office often rude, not very friendly. Guys outside filling tanks are helpful and friendly.

Only place in Powhatan to buy ethenol free gas, that I know of. Given this, I feel their prices are more than fair, rather than price gouging because they have something we need and no one else has. I couldn't ask for any better customer service either.

Great place to get gas that is ethanol free. Yes, it’s pricier, but it doesn’t gunk up your engine as bad. Great for small gas engine vehicles and tools because you don’t have to put stabilizer in the fuel. They also have highway diesel and off road diesel.

We were planning to switch over to Adams after many issues with our current company. Adams was able to make an emergency delivery for us as brand new customer on Saturday-within two hours they were in our driveway and saved the day!My husband already purchases all of our ethanol free fuel from here and now we will definitely only use Adams for our propane!They made it easy to support LOCAL Powhatan business with their great customer service! Highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This was our first encounter with this company and they have gone above and beyond. Our little neighborhood hasn't had power since Monday due to the snow/ice storm. We have a full house generator that runs off a 500 gallon propane tank that was last filled when we bought the house (4 years ago!). When I called to place an order to be filled up the ladies that took our call were polite, informative and professional. Taught me how to check the gauge to find out how much we had left in the tank, and told me about how much longer we had left of power. Instructed us on the things to stop using to help conserve power to make it last as long as possible until they could get to us. When our generator ran out of propane on Friday, I called to inquire about where we were in the line up. She stated that there was a guy filling orders in Cumberland and he will get to us as soon as he could. I asked if they filled orders over the weekend, she said no mam. When we hadn't seen anyone by 7pm, my husband and I took our baby to a hotel. When my husband came back the next morning (Saturday) to check the pipes, an Adams propane truck pulled in behind him and filled up our tank. We are so blessed! Thank you so much for being a great company and for putting in the extra hours for your customers!
