My husband dropped off our boat seats over a year ago, paid for the material. They are never there when we make the trip of almost 3 hours drive, they don't answer the phone, nor return a phone call. We have a pontoon boat and for 2 Summers haven't had any front seats. But have our money and seats.

Rainbow upholstery picked up my table from an antique store. Their job was to refinish the table top, fix any damage and recover the chairs. The table top was refinished very unprofessionally! It looks like a child did it. There are visible edges on the multiple coats. The are several different shades on the table brown, black, and gray. There were only supposed to be two. The leaf was not touched and does not match at all now. The table was sealed together so you cannot even get the leaf in. When asked why it was so wobbly we were told once the top was put on it would be fine. The legs fell apart as we tried to put it together. They had attempted to secure the legs with nails. The owner will ask for cash. That should have been the first red flag. If you want your stuff to look like it came out of a trailer park go here.

Took boats seats to have covered in November 2020 the deal was I could pick them up on April 12021. It is now July 2021 and still no boat seats just excuses for not having them done. They do not return calls. I would not recommend them to do anything.

Wouldn't recommend..years ago I would have. Took a headliner from a truck over there it's been a month and a half still isn't done.. They just keep giving excuses.. Won't even return a phone call...

Would not recommend this place for anything. Finally after 7-1/2 months of lies and excuses I get my boat seats back and put them i the boat and the bottoms were a different shade of white than the back of the seats. There were some seams were missing and one seat bottom looked like they had sewn a stitch in the wrong place and then ripped it out and left it. I called and talked the owner about it and she said she would have the man that sewed the seats to call. He never has called. I could go on but won't. Don't use Rainbow upholstery!
