The worst place ever when you go buy a car from you better take lunch and supper. It takes all day to buy a harler. Quick lube, I'll mess your car up. They have under train employees. Then they will not fix their mistakes. Say they will go get your car sticky with a high toe bill.
Didn't you gotta toad your vehicle somewhere else? They will leave your old plugs loose. Lognot's loose mess.You vehicle up and don't want to fix it

They weren't very helpful from the initial visit and didn't explain the details of pairing a new ignition key to the vehicle. The purchase of the key was over a hundred dollars then had to rent a car hauler to get it there, and a additional $315.00 for the pairing..I was blown away by the whole experience!
Several of the service/parts department employees were dry and detached towards the customers..pricey & uninterested in quality customer service. My Mother whom just lost my father & in a deep state of grieving endured the situation with as much grace as possible. Something my father would have handled. Losing a daughter, grandson, husband, son-law, sister in 18 months has a left a hole in her heart. Sometimes people who work in the public should consider there are situations that they aren't aware of. So being kind, courteous & helpful to everyone should be a policy that Freedom Ford might want to take a look at.

The E Price button and $500 coupon on their website must only be there to get your phone number and email. Dealer says they have strict pricing and they don’t give anything at all off. It’s misleading. They should just state “haggle free pricing” instead of making the customer think they can save $500 or get a special e price. They told me they were taking a $650 loss on the car I inquired about. It left me wondering if they lost the money in repairing it because it’s problematic or what? Just a unique strange experience with these folks. I felt like something was off.

Stopped by on 4 separate occasions! No salesman came out I really wanted to look at a car they had and test drive it but I guess the old days of being greeted by a salesman are gone. So I went to rameys of Richlands was there less than 5 min before greeted by a salesman!
