The terrible, poorly educated, ordinary cashier was not careful when saying “I hate that they pay with Apple Pay” when the customer is still paying, if the payment option with Apple Pay bothers them so much, then they should remove it and that's it! Furthermore, whether with Apple Pay or another payment method, the food is not given away for the terrible service it provides!

Worst ever. I asked for my burger fresh off the grill but got a microwaved burger instead. I've tried this location a couple times thinking it would improve with staff and quality of service and food but it has not. Only one person in the restaurant and they still couldn't do it my way.

The process from getting in the line to getting my food took well over twenty minutes. I sat at the order station for over 5 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order. After finally getting to the service window they told me to park. By far one of the slowest drive-thrus I’ve ever been to.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Yessenia!! I work late and have stopped by a few times this week to grab something quick after a long day. Even in the POURING RAIN, Yessenia is there with a smile on her face that makes me feel like she happy to help me, instead of the bothersome looks I’ve become accustomed to with other drive through professionals. It really makes a difference, and I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed!!

Twice now with drive threw orders they don't give me the sandwich and replace it with gross french toast sticks. Shame on me for not checking. But still a rip off. Won't go back.

BK has never gotten my order right ever. I mean never. I stopped going thru the drive thru cause nobody understands or speaks freaking English! And have the nerve to be rude because they don't know what they are doing ! I spend money to have my food the way I want it. Its not hard to add cheese and freaking bacon man ! Make sure your employees can speak English before you put them on a register DAMN. I know for a fact I've ordered food at least 20 times and the order is never right. No cheese no bacon but I'm paying all this money and my order is still WRONG! Doesn't make a bit of sense at all !! I stopped going thru the drive thru cause nobody can speak English.. I go in and they still mess up !!

Some of the nicest staff at a fast food restaurant in Sterling. Dining area is clean too. What a difference when compared to the Taco Hell next door. I never really liked Burger King, but my kids wanted to try it and I'm glad I did. It's Burger King so I won't really comment on the taste, but our food was cooked and put together well. Not just slapped on a tray or thrown in a bag like Taco Smell.

There is an employee here; her name is Issemina I believe. Hopefully I am spelling it correctly. She’s easily one of the best employees I have come across in the Fast food industry. She deserves a raise for her customer service skills and more importantly her empathy towards the customers.May she do well, not just in her role but in life as well.Lots of best wishes.In tonnes of gratitude.??????

It's Burger King. You know what you're getting. I do like the staff here and the food is fast food. I've always liked BK sandwiches better than many McDonald's because they taste like real meat. Their fries are kinda wack, though. Their large fries is like the small fries of everyone else :
