Helped my grandson open first account. Now he cannot access until he gets the debit card. Was never told that. Only told the card may take 7-10 business days to arrive. When he went back to find some way to access his funds..NO WAY until card arrives and was then told it would probably be closer to a month. Who takes your money and then denies total access in person or digital? Why would anyone want to bank with them. Will be changing banks as soon as possible. What a scam.

Trying to open a new account. so I went down to the bank to do so. They instructed me to open the account online. There was a problem with opening the account online. I called customer service they were no help. The customer service for attempted to get me off the phone immediately before really allowing me to tell him the issue I was having. He told me that there was no problem on their end. Nevertheless, the online message was that there was a problem on their end. He did not take any of my information. It feels like he put me on hold and came back. I’m extremely disappointed because I really wanted an account with this particular company. But if this is the service I get, I’m having

The worst customer service. Made an appointment online to setup a business checking account. They canceled the appointment and never called to make sure that I received the email cancellation. I was at work all day. No access to email. The manager and the other employee wanted to explain why it was my fault why I didn’t see the notification until finally was told the person that I was supposed to meet called out sick. That’s understandable but they made it out like it was my problem. I have been a customer for 30 years. I will be changing. Going back to a small bank where the priority is relationships.
