By far the best customer service I have had in a VERY long time. Everyone had a smile on their face, it was so refreshing! I was SO lucky to have Mrs.Yvonne help me open a new account and she was so patient. She went over and above, I am new to the Portsmouth area...she helped me with my uber and even walked me outside until it got there. Just an outstanding experience all around!

everytime I come to this location the service here is incredible, along with the personal service you receive this time i came in around lunch and YVONNE RIDDICK JOHNSON stopped what she was doing and eating to service myself and my family needs, with people like this working at your local bank you can rest assure everything is taken care of for you, she is incredible with her knowledge and personalityi cant speak highly enough of her

I went into this location and WOW!!!!! This country is missing customer service till you walk into this branch.. Customer service all the way!!!!!!, especially from Yvonne! The employees at this branch makes you feel like your number 1 and will bend over backwards. I recommend going there!!!!

I'd like to take a minute to give Wells Fargo a HUGE shout out. Recently my card information was stolen, so I had to get a new card. Well, I have a custom card with a picture of my recently passed pitbull, Harley. She was everything to me. I was so worried that my replacement card was going to just be a generic card, but Wells Fargo surprised me by sending me a new card with her picture on it. It genuinely means the world to me and I'm super thankful. With all that being said, thank you Wells Fargo for being so amazing. Customer service at it's finest.

The service was good unless you dealt with the manager. She wasn't really a people person. I think she can Iearn a few things from her employees. closed my account there because of inconsistencies through out the company. The one on court street on the other hand is amazing. But it was a little out of the way for me.
